WHAT  IS  IT?  

Global  Leadership  Program  based  on  the  competencies  and  skills  a  leader  should  have  including  the  corporate  values  of  the  company.      Who  needs  a  program  like  this?  Organiza?ons  that  see  the  importance  of  a  strong  leadership  community,  the  value  of  the  growth  of  internal  leaders,  and  the  opportunity  of  a  connected  community  of  people  who  move  the  company  day  by  day.

•  To  develop  and  train  personal  competences  and    necessary  skills  for  dayly  management.
