Contrast-Things I do NOT like

Clarity-Things I like

Based on previous relationships or

observances• Smoker• Hates pets• Doesn’t clean up

and my friends• Drinks too much

Therefore, I want:

• Non-smoker• Loves dogs & cats• Tidy & helpful around

the house• asks and listens to

my opinions and feelings

• Drinks only socially or not at all *

The Law of Attraction doesn’t work if you push the desire to the back of your mind…

The Law only works when we bring it out, shake it off and give it sustaining attention,

power and focus.

When we create momentum within ourselves to keep our desire in the forefront of our

thoughts… the Law of Attraction works to bring it into our life.

Contemplate the thoughts you regularly entertain regarding your desire.

Make a list of negative beliefs you now hold about your ability to attract what you desire…and change them to positive!
