• Making models brings clarity

• Exemplars to support new work

• Easy to find useful and interesting stuff

• Triggers for discussion

• Extends lifespan of outputs

• Can re-visit and add to an area – the kb will grow and evolve

Guidelines for the activity:

• We need to be able to talk to each other about our issues in a

consistent way and know that we have a shared understanding of all

the parts of a particular situation.
