The Important Role of Undergrowth Economy in Precision Poverty Alleviation

Abstract: Precision poverty alleviation is a new development strategy for realizing common prosperity in our country in the new era. Its main purpose is to identify poverty alleviation targets through precise positioning and carry out poverty alleviation work according to corresponding characteristics, thus realizing the effective implementation of the overall strategy of poverty alleviation. As an important economic industry, the rapid development of under-forest economy provides effective support for the development of regional economy and poverty alleviation in the forest region. Based on this, this paper is based on the perspective of precision poverty alleviation, and focuses on the analysis of the important role of under-forest economy in precision poverty alleviation. At the same time, it analyzes the problems existing in under-forest economy precision poverty alleviation work, and analyzes the important measures to improve the current under-forest economy precision poverty alleviation work, thus providing constructive ideas for promoting China's final victory in the battle against poverty.

1. Introduction At present, the world has achieved great progress in human society in the rapid economic

development. However, under such circumstances, human beings are also facing many problems. Among these problems, the most obvious ones are poverty and environmental pollution. At present, China, as an important developing country in the world, although it has achieved rapid economic growth in more than 40 years of reform and opening-up, these two key problems have not been solved, but have been significantly deteriorated and become an important obstacle to China's economic development and people's survival today [1]. How to solve or improve such problems has become an important issue that our country needs to consider at present. In response to this, relevant scholars in our country have continuously studied and constructed an important poverty alleviation method based on under-forest economy, that is, an accurate poverty alleviation method based on under-forest economy. This method relies on the precise poverty alleviation strategy put forward by our country at present, and carries out relevant work in combination with forestry economy, thus effectively improving and solving the above two main problems, thus providing basic support for promoting the sustainable development of our country's economy.

2. Analysis of the Basic Connotation of Precision Poverty Alleviation under Forest Economy Poverty, as an important term in economics and sociology, represents an objective situation

behind an economic, social and cultural building [2]. Of course, the general poverty is mainly material poverty, that is, the labor remuneration corresponding to a certain worker or family is insufficient to maintain the needs of family life. Generally speaking, there are many reasons for poverty, which mainly include natural conditions, social life, economic development and government behavior, while the corresponding reasons are the lack of resources and environment, lack of human capital and less advanced system. Eliminating poverty is the essential requirement for the construction of our social system and is also an important support for the balanced development of our economy. Carrying out planned poverty alleviation work plays a key role in improving the poverty situation and promoting social equality as a whole.

Accurate poverty alleviation, as a new trend in the development of the times, requires accurate positioning, accuracy to individuals, accuracy to methods, etc [3]. in the process of poverty

alleviation work. Under-forest economy is to rely on the advantages of under-forest resources in corresponding regions to carry out targeted under-forest cultivation with high economic value and develop under-forest economy, thus providing powerful conditions for promoting employment and eliminating poverty. The main types of this economic model are shown in Fig.1. At present, China's poverty-stricken areas are mainly rich in forestry [4]. To carry out precise poverty alleviation through under-forest economy can realize local conditions and transform disadvantages into advantages, thus taking forestry as an important supporting method to achieve effective poverty alleviation, thus laying a solid foundation for the decisive victory in the battle against poverty in China.

3. Analysis on the Important Role of Undergrowth Economy in Precision Poverty Alleviation 3.1. Undergrowth economy is good for improving human living environment

At present, most of China's poor areas are remote mountainous areas. These areas are rich in forestry resources [5]. Due to their poor geographical location, they lack economic exchanges with the outside world, resulting in a de facto closure. As a result, they lag far behind other areas under the economic development situation, thus creating a poverty situation. Forestry resources can become an important method and way to improve the economic outlook if they are well utilized. However, the local residents lack understanding of the economic value of these trees and lack of scientific and reasonable methods in the mining process, resulting in many areas in a state of out of control. At the same time, trees are not well utilized, thus causing waste of resources. With the introduction of precision poverty alleviation strategy for under-forest economy, the organic integration of forestry resources in the region and the formulation of scientific cultivation methods can help to promote environmental construction and economic development.

3.2. Underforest economy is beneficial to the integration of various poverty alleviation resources

The introduction of forestry economy enables the government, financial organizations, trade associations, professional cooperative organizations, farmers and other relevant institutions or individuals to be effectively linked, and helps to unify and integrate special, industrial and social resources related to poverty alleviation, thus promoting the full use of poverty alleviation resources and improving the poverty alleviation effect. Developing under-forest economy is to improve the development of agriculture and forestry industry in a win-win way, and can correspondingly promote the coordinated development of transportation, processing, logistics and information services and other related industries, thus realizing the three-dimensional development of the entire economic ecology, thus significantly promoting the development of regional economy and

effectively promoting poverty eradication [6].

3.3. Under-forest economy accurate poverty alleviation meets market economy development needs

Under-forest farming is a typical way in under-forest economy, which can provide basic material support for meeting the demand for natural and green livestock products in the development of market economy [7]. Developing scientific and reasonable animal husbandry under forests can rely on nature to realize the development of animal husbandry, and poor families can provide powerful economic sources. For the cultivation of animal husbandry under forests, the biggest advantage over the development of traditional cultivation is that it can adopt natural, green and pollution-free methods to carry out animal husbandry cultivation, and rely on the rich resources under forests to realize ecological cultivation, which can produce high-quality animal husbandry products. This has a very good supporting effect to meet the current people's living needs, and it is highly consistent with the development needs of market economy, which can realize sustainable development, which has a very strong support for the current precision poverty alleviation.

4. Analysis of Problems in Precision Poverty Alleviation under Forest Economy 4.1. The government's assistance to under-forest economy is insufficient

Although under-forest economy precise poverty alleviation plays a very significant role in poverty alleviation and prosperity, the relevant work is not effective due to insufficient support from the government. As for this aspect, it is embodied in the following aspects: (1) the government promotes effective policy and legal support for poverty alleviation through under-forest economy, resulting in the lack of effective guarantee for the corresponding work; (2) It is difficult for the regional government and related investment enterprises to maintain the development of this work, and even some projects have been suspended due to insufficient start-up funds, which has greatly limited the effectiveness of related work; (3) The lack of effective specialized management agencies for this kind of anti-poverty method has led to the lack of effective organization and technical guidance for the relevant work. Many work has become mere formality and has not been effectively carried out. Poverty eradication has basically become the speech of some people, but the implementation is still a long way off.

4.2. Lack of understanding of the important role of under-forest economy in precise poverty alleviation

Although general secretary Xi Jinping of our country has stressed the need for both Jinshan and yinshan mountains and green water and mountains from the height of the development of the times. Green water and mountains are the words of Jinshan and Yinshan [8]. However, under the implementation of governments at all levels, many jobs cannot be well promoted due to the simple working methods and lack of effective work promotion. At present, environmental degradation is also a significant problem. Many poor households cut down forests in order to improve their economy. However, due to lack of rational guidance, the phenomenon of deforestation emerges one after another, which leads to the exhaustion of forestry resources on which many poor areas depend for their survival. This leads to environmental degradation and a serious vicious circle, thus aggravating poverty in the region. The essence of this phenomenon lies in the people's lack of awareness of the precise poverty alleviation under forest economy in the region, which leads to the simple and crude implementation process and irreparable consequences [9].

5. Analysis of Strategic Measures to Develop Under-Forest Economy for Precise Poverty Alleviation 5.1. Increase government support

The favorable support of the government is an important backing to promote the economic

development of the region. For this aspect, governments at all levels need to first tilt their policies and construct favorable policies in line with the development of the economic model for protection, and then through the leading role of the government, construct corresponding investment funds to promote capital attraction and investment in the region. On this basis, it is necessary to set up a special management organization to effectively manage the cause, so as to use the deterrent force of the government to standardize various work execution behaviors and improve the effective development of poverty alleviation in this way.

5.2. Increase the breadth and depth of poverty alleviation For this measure, it requires the use of under-forest economy to actually solve the problem of

poverty alleviation. Therefore, it is necessary to accurately locate the main root causes of poverty, and then construct relevant measures to promote the improvement of the problem. At present, the causes of poverty in our country are very complex, but bad natural conditions are the primary cause. Areas with bad natural conditions often have rich resources. If these resources are effectively integrated and used, it is only a matter of time before such problems can be improved. Increasing the breadth and depth of poverty alleviation is to cognize and analyze the possible ways of poverty alleviation in the region, and to construct diversified forms of under-forest economy in combination with the current under-forest economy, thus providing a strong guarantee for promoting poverty alleviation in the region.

6. Conclusion This paper focuses on the important role of under-forest economy in precise poverty alleviation,

and analyzes its corresponding basic connotation. Then it analyzes the three important roles of under-forest economy in improving human living environment, under-forest economy in realizing the integration of various poverty alleviation resources, and under-forest economy in precise poverty alleviation meeting the development needs of market economy. On this basis, it analyzes the main problems of under-forest economy in precise poverty alleviation, and puts forward improvement measures, thus promoting the effective and orderly development of China's precise poverty alleviation work.
