Question, What would happen if the bicycle was not invented?

In my opinion, if the bicycle was not invented, I would lose my mind and also I would have no point of life because I like it so much. But back to the facts here, If the bicycle was not invented, I think that a lot more people would be sitting around in their houses just playing video games and watching TV. some of my other thoughts were that a lot more people would not be able to get transportation because, what if they can’t afford a car and then they can not get to work and pay their bills. The only other modes of transportation are a taxi, a bus or just plain walking, and (at least for me) none of those are fun. A bicycle that can get you to work or school does not have to be expensive, In fact, a good bicycle that can ride on the road and get you to work only costs about 100 to 200 dollars unless you have the sort of money to buy a good fast durable road bike. If you are looking to buy a good mountain bike, then you will have to take out about 700 to 1000 dollars out of your account. So if the bicycle was not invented, then some people would not get transportation or have fun. Also if the bicycle was not invented, there would be a lot more pollution and then the air would not be clean. Riding a bike does not only reduce pollution but it makes your body more healthy and strong. The more that you ride your bike, the more fun it gets and even if you crash, it hurts but it makes you want to get back on your bike and ride more (at least for me).

Suspension designSuspension started in the early 1990’s and it only had about 1.5 to 2 inches of travel on it, and it was only in the front. However, in 1992, a man named Mark Lawwill, invented the Gary Fisher RS-1. Mark Lawwill was a former motorcycle champion and that was his mountain bike (the Gary Fisher RS-1). There are a bunch of different types of rear suspension design. I will name a few,1.) The single pivot, 2.) The linkage driven single pivot, 3.) The Horst link, 4.) The twin link and 5.) The High Pivot. I just built a Horst Link rear suspension design out of lego and it looks like this

As you already know, the bicycle was invented because a volcano killed all of the horses and they called the bicycle a dandy horse. Biking used to be a luxury for only the rich but now over 50 percent of people in the world know how to ride a bike, (including the poor).
