The Heavner Farm is located on the Jamison Road west of Rush in Allegany County.
The Heavner Farm house is a bm story, five bay \·1ide rectanqular frame building. A b-10 story frame addition abuts the main block on the southwest side. The entire house is covered with weatherboard and rests un a lov1 stone founrlation. The roof is l)abled vdth a boxed cornice and returns and has been covered 1vith tin. \lindo1·1s in the house are rlouble hung,pegged,'110oden sash frames with six over six liqhts. The majority of windows are flanked by louvered shutters. The main entrance is located on the northwest facade and features a door with four verticle panels, original hardware, recessed side lights and transom light. The main entrance is covered by a one bay entrance porch. The porch has a qa~led roof with a boxed cornice and returns and is supported by replaced brick columns. A second shed roofed porch is located on the west side of the rear addition. T1-10 oririinal corbeled brick chimneys are located in the inside gab le ends of the main block.
