The first time you log into the app you will need to Register. To Register have your Dealer Number and Passcode handy. The Passcode is the zip code of your office.

After you register, you will enter your User ID and PIN.

The GreenSky Mobile App: Create a New Application

Start a new application, by clicking “Submit a Loan Application”. You’ll be amazed at the ease and speed of the application process. Our App also allows you to immediately check the status of a Customer’s application by entering the Application ID.

The GreenSky Mobile App: Enter Plan Number

When starting a new application, enter the plan number you wish to offer your Customer (you can change plans within the app later if necessary), the requested loan amount and any reference you need (example: Lead or Customer Number).

The GreenSky Mobile App: Enter Customer Information

Ask for your Customer’s state issued ID and place it face down on a table. Click the scan button and focus on the barcode of the ID. You may choose to tap the screen to focus the camera directly on the barcode. The bar code contains your Customer’s personal information and automatically completes the applicant’s information.

The GreenSky Mobile App: Scan Customer’s ID

Some ID’s have multiple barcodes. A red laser will attempt to read the bar code, try each barcode for a few seconds until the reader downloads the data. If the scan is unsuccessful cancel out of the scanner and complete the application by typing in the Customer’s information.

The GreenSky Mobile App: Customer Info Instantly Appears

The scanner will populate the Customer’s name, address and date of birth. If for some reason the scan did not input some of the Customer’s information, you may use the keyboard to enter the information. You may also choose to add a Co-Applicant from this screen.

Ask your Customer to enter their Social Security Number, phone numbers and gross annual income.

The GreenSky Mobile App: Customer Accepts Disclosures

Accept the Application Disclosures.

The GreenSky Mobile App: Review and Submit

Verify the application information and Submit the application.

Within Seconds your Customer will receive the Credit Decision!

The GreenSky Mobile App: View/Email Loan Agreement

From this screen the Customer can view their loan package which includes their Shopping Pass and account information. Your Customer can also email the loan package to themselves.
