"Let us go straight to Bethlehem then, and see this thing that has happened which the Lord has made known to us." 16 So they came in a hurry and found their way to Mary and Joseph, and

the baby as He lay in the manger. 17 When they had seen this, they made known the statement which had been told them about this Child. 18 And all who heard it wondered at the things

which were told them by the shepherds. 19 But Mary treasured all these things, pondering them

in her heart. 20 The shepherds went back, glorifying and praising God for all that they had

heard and seen, just as had been told them. Luke 2:15-20

"Behold, the Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world!

God’s Plan for the Lamb "As Moses lifted up the serpent in the

wilderness, even so must the Son of Man be lifted up; 15 so that whoever believes will in

Him have eternal life. 16 "For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish, but have eternal life.

God Provided the Solutionbefore We had the problem

For you know that it was not with perishable things such as silver or gold that

you were redeemed . . . but with the precious blood of Christ,

a lamb without blemish or defect. He was chosen before

the creation of the world, but was revealed in these last times for your sake.

1 Peter 1:18-21
