I am very interested in what senior living communities have to offer. I just want to make sure I choose the right place for me.

I love going downtown. I just don’t want to live downtown.

The Forum is located in a unique country-like setting with sweeping views of the surrounding foothills. Our residences, common areas, and landscaping have been carefully designed to take advantage of our picturesque location.

Want to go downtown? No problem. Fine dining, shopping, cultural attractions, and sporting events are just minutes away. Within an hour you can be shopping in San Francisco or golfing in Monterey.

Our beautiful setting and close proximity to Bay Area attractions are just some of the reasons why, in an independent nationwide survey comparing senior living communities, The Forum at Rancho San Antonio received the highest award for Resident Satisfaction.

Access to the 4000 acre Rancho San Antonio Open Space Preserve is a short walk from The Forum. The Preserve features over 23 miles of hiking, biking, and equestrian trails, as well as picnic and recreational areas. It’s also the home of the Red Tail Hawk that was the inspiration for The Forum logo.

I want to live in a place where my grandkids love to visit.

Spending quality time with family and loved ones is a priority for residents at The Forum. You’ll find a warm, friendly atmosphere that encourages you to stay connected with the people you care about.

The grandkids will love visiting the radio - controlled airplane park or the animals at Deer Hollow Farm in the Preserve next door. Take them for a swim, play bocce ball, or walk your dog in our on-site dog park.

The Forum’s fifty-four acres of “casual elegance” are designed for your comfort and enjoyment. Your family and friends are always welcome. We even have private guest rooms available should you have a need.

Shoot a little pool in our game room, share a meal, practice your stroke on our putting green, or hike in the Open Space Preserve. There’s always something to do at The Forum.

In addition, our Wellness Center offers a variety of preventative health programs that help members maintain their optimum health and live younger longer.

Choose from hiking the trails of the Rancho San Antonio Open Space Preserve, mountain and road biking, aerobic and yoga classes, or enjoy nearby tennis and golf. If you’re looking for exercise, you won’t have to look far at The Forum.

Crisp linens, a comfortable environment, and magnificent views of the surrounding foothills make the perfect setting for dining at The Forum.

Our culinary-trained chefs offer a variety of healthy, flavorful menu options that will delight your palate — from heart-healthy and vegetarian choices to classic favorites and tempting desserts. Our menus change daily and seasonally, so your choices are always fresh and exciting.

Our Patio Grill is a nice change of pace in spring and summer. Sunday Brunch and themed buffets are also popular.

Of course, family and friends are always welcome, and our private dining room is also available for you to host parties or family gatherings.

The Forum’s elegant dining room and award-winning cuisine provide the perfect place to enjoy great food, and old and new friends. Wine lovers will enjoy our private wine lockers where a favorite bottle is always ready to be shared with friends.

I crave good food, Pinot Noir, and interesting conversation.

I love learning new things and sharing new experiences with people I enjoy.

Boredom is not an option at The Forum. The Forum is nationally recognized for the variety and

number of activities it offers its residents to nurture body, mind, and spirit. Enjoy a wine-tasting trip through the Napa Valley, take a cruise to the Greek Isles, cheer your favorite team at a local sporting event, compete in an on-site bocce ball tournament, or laugh with friends at Movie Night. Shopping trips, golf outings, street fairs, the symphony, and nearby houses of worship, are all at your fingertips.

Need to get somewhere or meet someone? No problem. We are happy to provide transportation for all of your needs.

Regardless of your age, there is always something new to learn and others to share it with at The Forum. Try your hand at Tai Chi or a painting class, attend a lecture on current events or join our book club, take a tennis lesson or learn to use an iPad.

I want more than a nice place to live. I want the opportunity to grow and preserve my investment.

One of the unique advantages to living at The Forum is the opportunity to “own your own home” through our unique membership equity plan where you purchase an ownership interest in The Forum.

You get the best of both worlds — the Forum’s incredible services and amenities that make your life easier, and the chance to preserve equity for you and your family.

As a resident owned and governed community, your interests are always well represented. Whether you choose to play an active role or just want to make sure your voice is heard, the things you care about are the things we care about.

When you choose The Forum, you’re not just getting a new home, you’re investing in your future!

Whether a one or two-bedroom home, or an expansive villa set on the hillside, you’ll enjoy the finest amenities in a residence carefully designed for your comfort and enjoyment.

Want more time to “catch a wave” or to enjoy family and friends? The Forum makes it possible.

The Forum’s amenities and services are designed to take care of the little things — from weekly housekeeping and laundry to gardening and mailing a package — so our residents have more time to do the things they love!

At the same time, our unique continuing care plan includes wellness programs, home care, assisted living and nursing care, at a pre-established rate that is substantially below the usual health care costs for the same services.

Our on-site Health Care Center holds a Five-Star Quality Rating from the State of California, giving residents and their families the comfort of knowing that they will have access to high quality care.

The Forum’s Health Care Center provides Assisted Living, Skilled Nursing, and Memory Care services. Because the Health Care Center is on-site, it’s easier to stay connected with your friends and family at The Forum.

I live every day to the fullest. As I get older, I want to spend more time doing what I enjoy most, without having to worry about the future.
