The following will show you how to set up your email account in OUTLOOK not outlook express

Use the page down key or tap your mouse for the next page

Pleas change all details to reflect your name and domain name… e.g. name could be sales Yourdomainname could be exsample.com so for a email account setting this would look like [email protected] and your POP3 settings would therefore be mail.exsample.com

Open OUTLOOK

Tap on TOOLS..

Then OPTIONS

Tap mail setup

Then Email accounts

Tap on NEW

Remember people see this

Enter your FULL email addressEnter your

password and tap next

Then tap Manually configure server

It’s a POP3 account so tap this box and hit NEXT

Your FULL email address

Mail.yourdomain.com

The password I gave you

And put a tick in this box it’s a MUST

Now tap on more settings

Now tap on outgoing server

Tick THE BOX my outgoing server…

Go to the ADVANCE TAB

Change the (SMTP) setting from 25 to 26

Tap on OK

TAP ON NEXT

TAP ON finish

TAP ON close and your DONE
