Conclusion To conclude we can say that a child

works out while using a language and uses language as a means of communication. He is not just an immitator but learns language through particular stages of development. And by the end of 5 year, the child completes the greater part of his first language and according to some, the child is then in a good position to start learning a second or a foreign language.
