Create an Account

You have to create an account as a Trainer to be able to follow the electronic

services.

1- Click on Individual User from the "Create an Account" section.

2- Enter the data and then click on Register.

A message will appear confirming that you have been successfully registered and a

message will be sent to your e-mail to confirm the activation of your account on the

systems. Kindly click on the link found in the message to confirm the account. You

will go to the page displaying the e-mail confirmation.

3- Click on your name box in the upper left of the page and then click on

Dashboard from the appearing options menu.

4- Click on Register as a Trainer.

Enter the personal data and then click on Next.

You will go to the Recruitment section. Read the guidelines carefully and then click

on the Declaration box. Click on Next to complete data stages.

The next stage is the Qualifications. Add the educational qualifications, professional

certificates, practical experiences, and training programs by clicking on the Add

boxes. Enter the details and then click on Add. After finishing addition of

qualifications, click on Next.

The next stage is the Training Programs, which are the programs you have

presented previously. Click on Add Training Program. A Pop-up screen will appear

to add the details. Then click on Add. After finishing, click on Next.

You will go to the Cooperation Fields stage. Click on Add Cooperation Field to

add the data. Then click on Add Training Fields box and the training level. After

finishing, click on Next.

The next stage is the Bank Account Data. Enter the appropriate data and then click

on Next.

The last stage is request completion. Through it, answer the found questions,

download the attachments, and click on Save and Send.

After completing the "register as a trainer" request, a message confirming that the

request has been submitted successfully will appear.

After approving your request, an e-mail will be sent confirming that the request has

been approved as shown below.

Exams

You can register for the exams held by the Academy through the electronic services.

Academy Examination Policies

Kindly review the Examination Policies of the Financial Academy blow before

registering for exams.

Register for Exams

1- Registration for professional exams is available for authorized entities and

independent persons.

2- Creating an account for authorized entities requires submitting an application

of such entity does not have an account with the Academy. If such entity has

a previous account and wants to add a new user, the data of account creation

application should be filled and then activated through customer service. As

for independent persons, the data found in the "create new account" page

should be filled and activated by an activation code via e-mail.

3- Registration could be made before at least two days of the exam date.

4- Entities and persons may replace an examinee with another one fulfilling the

examination conditions before at least two (2) days of the exam date. Each

replacement will cost (100) riyals.

For replacement with another examinee, kindly send an e-mail to: [email protected]

Retake/ Retrial

1- An examinee is entitled to enter the exam (5) times at most in one Gregorian

year for those who do not pass the exam. Exam fees will be paid for each

trial.

2- Number of trials will be calculated as of the beginning of each Gregorian year.

3- A period not less than (15) days should pass after the last trial.

Postpone an Appointment

The electronically scheduled date of the professional exam could be postponed by

the authorized entity or the individuals in accordance with the following controls:

1. A 100 Riyals fee will be charged if the exam is postponed within a period

more than 7 days of the exam date.

2. A (50%) of the exam amount will be charged if the scheduled time is

postponed within a period of (3-7) days.

3. The exam date could not be postponed within a period less than 3 days

before the exam date.

4. After postponing the exam, the examinee has no right to use the cancelation

policy.

In case you wish to postpone the exam date, you can submit a request via email:

[email protected]

Cancel an Exam

The Financial Academy has the right to change the date and time of the exam. It also

has the right to cancel the exam totally in specific center(s) if it deems there is

something that hinders holding the exam for any reason whatsoever, and it is

necessary for the exam protection and safety. This is shall be done after obtaining

the approval of the general manager. Hence, the examinees and the authorized

entities will be notified of such.

The electronically scheduled date of an exam could be canceled by the authorized

entity or individuals in accordance with the following controls:

1. No fees will be charged if the scheduled date is canceled within a period more

than (30) days of the exam date.

2. A (25 %) of the exam amount will be charged if the scheduled time was

canceled within a period of (16-30) days of the exam date.

3. A (50 %) of the exam amount will be charged if the scheduled time was

canceled within a period of (7-15) days.

4. A (100 %) of the exam amount will be charged if the scheduled time was

postponed within a period of less than (7) days of the exam date.

Register for an Exam

1- From the Homepage of the Electronic Services, click on Exams.

2- Click on an exam that you want to take.

You will go to the exam details page. To register, click on Register.

You will go to the "Register for an Exam" page, which is composed of three stages:

exam data, exam center, and exam date.

View the exam data then click on Next.

Click on the exam center appropriate for you then click on Next.

Select the exam date from the menu and select the appropriate available times. Then

click on Finish.

Register for a Fee-based Exam

If the exam for which you register is fee-based one, select the appropriate date from

the calendar box and select the appropriate time from the Available Times box

during the Exam Time stage. Then click on Add to Cart.

Cart (Electronic Payment)

After the last step of registration for an exam, it will be added to the cart. You will go

directly to the cart page to review the exam data and payment. You can access the

cart from any page by clicking on the icon found at the top of the page. You can add

more than one exam to the cart and pay the total amount of all exams added to the

cart. You can remove any of the exams found in the cart by clicking on Remove icon

appearing opposite to the exam.

Electronic payment Details (Payment)

You can pay the total amount of the exam(s) electronically as follows:

1. From cart page, click on Pay.

2. A pop-up screen appears where you can enter the payment data, credit/debit

card, and your data. Enter the data and click on Pay.

Note:

Don’t press “Refresh” or “Back” as it may interrupt the transaction and calculate

repeated fees.

A Waiting Screen appears and the previous note appears once again.

Another screen appears for payment confirmation, click Accept.

After the payment process is made successfully, you will go directly to the Payment

Summary page.

Important notes

1. During any phase of the payment process: Don’t press “Refresh” or “Back” as

it may interrupt the transaction and calculate repeated fees.

2. The following messages will be sent via email:

Exam(s) booking data. If you book more than one exam, the data of

each exam will be sent separately.

A message including the invoice data.

Training

You can register for the trainings provided by the Academy by clicking on the

Training icon found in the electronic services page.

You will go to the Training page where you can search for any training by the training

program name or the training plan date, select the training type from the dropdown

menu or search for any training by selecting the main or secondary sector box and

then click search. Search results will be displayed according to your choices.

Register for a Training

From the electronic services homepage, click on Training and then click on the

appropriate training.

You will go to the training program details page, where you can review the available

dates to join the training. The red color found next to date indicates that such date is

completed. The green color indicates that such date is available.

Click on + icon next to times to review training duration, time (from & to), directed to

(Targeted audience: men or/and women), and training venue.

Click on + icons next to other data to view the details.

Click on Register next to the appropriate time.

If the training is a fee-based one, you will go to the cart.

Follow the steps previously explained in the cart section (electronic payment).

Qualification

You can view the qualifications by clicking on the Qualifications icon.

You will go to the qualifications page, where you can search for qualification by title.

Click on Certificate Details to review the details.

The details will display the exams and trainings which should be passed to obtain

such qualification certificate. Click on the links of the exams and qualifications to go

to their relevant pages if you wish to review their details or register for them.

Verify a Certificate

You can verify any certificate you have obtained through certificate verification.

Enter the certificate issuance number and then click on Certificate Verification.

Events

You can review the available events and register for any of them by clicking on the

events from the electronic services page.

You will go to the events available during the present month. You can search for an

event related to a sector by selecting the sector from the dropdown menu.

Register for an Event

To register for an event, such event should be unexpired or not started yet or if the

registration for such event is still available after its start date.

Click on the event name from the menu. The event data will be displayed. Click on

the schedule to review the event dates. Click on view the agenda to download the

agenda to your device. For registration, click on Register Now.

Your data page will appear, click on Register Now.

The registration confirmation message will appear. Click on Ok to confirm

registration.

If the event for which you want to register is fee-based, you will go to the cart page.

Follow the steps previously explained in the cart section (electronic payment).

Cart (Electronic Payment)

After registering for a fee-based exam, training and/or event, you will go directly to

the cart page to review the data and payment. You can access the cart from any

page by clicking on the icon found at the top of the page. You can add more than one

exam/ training/ event to the cart and pay the total amount of all items found in the

cart. You can remove any of the items found in the cart by clicking on Remove icon

appearing opposite to the exam.

Electronic payment Details (Payment)

You can pay the fees of each item separately by registering for exam/training/ event

and paying immediately after registration. Or you can register for many

exams/trainings/events and pay the total amount.

In both cases, follow the following steps for payment:

1- From cart page, click on Pay.

2- A pop-up screen appears where you can enter the payment data, credit/debit

card, and your data. Enter the data and click on Pay.

Note:

Dashboard

Through the dashboard, you can view, follow up, and manage your profile and the

exams, training plans, and events for which you have registered, the transactions you

have made through the portal. You can also login to the Academy system to follow

up your business as a trainer (without the need to login to the management website).

Click on the box displaying your name and click on Dashboard from the menu.

You will go to a page displaying the dashboard items, namely, my exams, my training

plans, transactions, my certificates, my events, Login Academy system.

Profile

You can edit some data in your profile by clicking on Profile from the dashboard

page.

You will go to the profile, where you can edit some data, in addition to recruitment,

qualifications, training programs, and cooperation fields.

Some data could not be changed directly but you can request to change it by clicking

on Request to Change Profile Data.

You will go to the page of the profile data change request, where you should enter

the new data and then click on send.

My Exams

You can review the exams for which you have registered, previous exams, and

canceled exams and you can make some choices on the scheduled exams. Click on

my exams from the dashboard page.

You will go to your exams page, where you can search for Exam Name and select

whether the exam is scheduled, previous, or canceled by selecting from the

dropdown menu in the field "Search in" and then click on "Search". To view all

exams once again, click on View All.

Cancel Exam Booking

You can cancel an exam booking (review the Academic Examination Policies, Exams

Cancelation section) by clicking on the points next to the exam name and then click

on Cancel Booking.

If the exam is free, cancelation confirmation message will appear. Click on Yes to

cancel the booking or No to return to the page.

If the exam is fee-based one and you have paid the fees, refund data page will

appear. Choose whether the refund should be made to Bank Account or IBAN.

Enter the Bank Name and Bank Account Number then click on Cancel Booking.

A message confirming booking cancelation will appear. Click on Yes to cancel or No

to return to the booking cancelation page.

Reschedule an Exam

You can reschedule an exam to change the exam date/ time (review Academy

Examination Policies, appointment postponement section).

To reschedule an exam, click on the points next to the exam name and then click on

Reschedule.

You will go to the details page which views: the current booking data page. Click on

Next to change the exam center.

Change the exam center by selecting one of the displayed centers. Then click on

Next.

Select the exam time which you want to reschedule and select the available time.

Click on Add to Cart.

A message will appear confirming that registration have been made successfully.

You will return to My Exams page and the rescheduled exam will appear within the

canceled exams. The new date of such exam will appear within the scheduled

exams.

Note: If you reschedule an exam, you won’t be able to cancel the booking of such

exam. If you click on Booking Cancelation the following warning will appear: "Sorry,

this booking was postponed before. It could not be canceled. Kindly review the

Academy Cancelation Policy.

Exam Booking Data

You can review the exam booking data by clicking on the points next to the exam

name and then clicking on Booking Data.

The Booking Data Report will appear. Click on Print to print the report or Convert to

PDF Acrobat and save it to your device.

My Training Plans

You can view the training plans that you have registered for, the previous training

plans, and the canceled training plans. You can also make some choices related to

the scheduled training programs. Click on My Training Plans from the dashboard

page.

You will go to My Training Plans page, where you can search for Training Plans

Name and select whether the training plan is scheduled, previous, or canceled from

the dropdown menu in the field "Search in" and then click on "Search". To view all

training plans once again, click on View All.

Cancel Training Plan Booking

You can cancel training booking by clicking on the points next to the training plan

name and then click on Cancel Booking.

A cancelation confirmation message will appear. Click on Yes to cancel the booking

or No to return to the page.

If the training plan is fee-based and you have paid the fees, refund data page will

appear where you should click on Cancel Booking.

A confirmation message "Your request has been submitted successfully, and it is

under processing" will appear.

Reschedule a Training Plan

You can reschedule a training plan to change the date. Click on the points next to the

training program name and then click on Reschedule.

You will go to the booking data page. Click on Continue.

You will go to the training plan page to select another date for the training. Click on

Register next to the appropriate date.

A message will appear.

Note: If you select the same date, a message reads "you are not able to reschedule

the same training plan" will appear.

Training Program Booking Data

You can review exam booking data by clicking on the points next to the exam name

and then click on Booking Data.

The Booking Data Report will appear. Click on Print to print the report or Convert to

PDF Acrobat and save it to your device.

Transactions

You can review your transactions by clicking on Transactions from the dashboard

page.

You will go to the details page, where you can search by service type from the

dropdown menu (event, exam, or training), transaction type, date (from /to). Click on

Search and then View All to view all items once again.

Click on + icon to extend the invoice data.

My Certificates

You can review your certificates by clicking on My Certificates from the dashboard

page.

You will go to the certificates page, where you can search by certificate title or/and

certificate type (select from the dropdown menu. Click on Search and then View All

to view all items once again.

My Events

You can review the events for which you have registered, previous and cancelled

events and you can make some choices related to the coming events. Click on My

Events from the dashboard page.

You will go to the events page, where you can search by event name. Click on

Search and then View All to view all items once again.

Cancel Registration for an Event

You can cancel the registration for any event by clicking on the points next to the

event name and then clicking on Cancel Registration.

A cancelation confirmation message will appear. Click on Yes to cancel the booking

or No to return to the page.

If the training plan is fee-based and you have paid the fees, refund data page will

appear where you can click on Cancel Booking.

A message confirming booking cancelation will appear. Click on Yes to cancel

booking or No to return to the previous page.

A message confirming booking cancelation will appear: "Your request has been sent

successfully, and it is under processing".

The event will appear in the cancelled events section. Click on the points next to the

event name and click on details if you want to reregister.

Login to Academy System

As a Trainer, you can login to the Academy's Management System to follow-up the

training tasks assigned to you by clicking on Login to Academy System from the

Dashboard.

Log in using the same your Username and Password.

You will go to the Dashboard.

Training System

Through the training system, you can follow-up you training plans and their details

and evaluation, and the trainees registered in training plans. You can also manage

attendance and absence of each training program by clicking on Training System.

Then click on My Own Training Plans.

You will go to the page of your training plans list, where you can search for a training

plan by Operation Number, training plan date, by entering part of the training

program name (enter 4 letters or more and then select from the menu), week number

or year. Click on Search and then View All to view all training programs once again.

Training Program Details

To view a training program details, click on the points next to the title and then click

on Details.

You will go to the training program data page. Click on Back to return to the training

system page.

Evaluation

Through this part, you can evaluate the trainees registered in the training program by

clicking on the points next to the title and then clicking on Evaluation.

You will go to the trainees list. Click on the points next to name and then click on

Evaluation.

Click on the appropriate evaluation and then click on Save at the bottom of the page.

Trainees' evaluation status could be changed in the list as follows:

Trainees

Through this part, you can review the trainees registered in the training program by

clicking on the points next to the name and then clicking on Trainees.

You will go the trainees list where you can review evaluation status, exam mark, and

absence hours.

Time Attendance Management

Through this part, you can manage and record trainees' attendance and absence

according to date of plan and sessions by clicking on the points next to the name and

then Time Attendance Management.

You will go to the page, where you should select the year and month assigned to the

training program. Then you should select the Training Plan Date and Sessions from

the dropdown menus. Click on Attendance and enter the Attendance and

Leave Notes and then click on Save and Close.

Attendance and Leave Details

Through this part, you can review number of days of attendance days and number of

absence hours of each trainee by clicking on the points next to the name and then

clicking on Attendance and Leave Details.

You will go to the training program data and the trainees' list which views number of

attendance and absence days and number of absence hours. Click on the icon next

to the trainee name in the field of number of attendance or leave days to review the

details.

A new tab will be opened in the browser to view trainee name, training plan,

attendance / absence details, and notes.
