旅客只要在過去十二個月內經香港國際機場入境三次或以上，即可申請「訪港常客證」，享用特快的入境通道。

Travellers who have visited Hong Kong via Hong Kong International Airport (HKIA) three times or more in the past 12 months are eligible for the application of a "Frequent Visitor Card" to enjoy speedy immigration clearance!

Application will normally be processed within eight weeks, subject to the accuracy and validity of information submitted. All documents of unsuccessful applications will be discarded after six months without notification.

Please complete the attached application form, with a photocopy of your travel document (including the front page with your name, document number and the pages showing the record of your three most recent visits to Hong Kong via Hong Kong Internatinal Airport in the past 12 months). Applications can be sent back to us in one of the following ways: 1) Online application: www.hongkongairport.com;2) Mail to The Administrator,

HKIA Frequent Visitor Channel, Airport Authority Hong Kong, HKIA Tower, 1 Sky Plaza Road, Hong Kong International Airport, Lantau, Hong Kong;

3) In person: Drop the completed form in the drop-in box located at our Customer Services Centre in the Departures Hall (between aisles E and F) of Terminal 1.

條款及條件

(i) 香港國際機場訪港常客證是香港機場管理局（機管局）的財物，根據以

下條款及條件簽發。機管局有權拒絕簽發訪港常客證，而毋須作出任何

解釋；並且有權隨時撤銷或取消訪港常客證，而毋須給予任何通知或理

由。機管局保留權利隨時修訂本條款及條件，而不會另行通知。

(ii) 香港國際機場訪港常客證賦予核准持有人使用香港國際機場出入境檢查大

堂訪港常客通道的權利，但持證人須向指定人員出示訪港常客證，以供核

對。

(iii) 香港國際機場訪港常客證並不賦予持證人進出香港的權利。持證人是否獲

准進出香港，受香港特別行政區的入境事務法例管制。有關法例由中華人

民共和國香港特別行政區政府入境事務處（當局）執行。

(iv) 根據香港國際機場訪港常客通道計劃，訪港常客證持有人有權使用香港國

際機場訪港常客通道，但不表示當局豁免或免除持證人辦理所有訪港旅客

須辦理的入境檢查手續。香港國際機場訪港常客證持有人使用香港國際機

場訪港常客通道時，須按要求接受當局的入境檢查，並出示個人旅行證件

以便辦理手續。

(v) 香港國際機場訪港常客證的簽發及╱或使用，不會影響當局的職務、功能

及權力，亦不會影響其他執行香港特別行政區入境事務法例或任何相關事

務的其他有關政府部門或機構的職務、功能及權力。當局無義務在香港國

際機場出入境檢查大堂設置訪港常客通道，或指定任何出入境檢查櫃檯或

通道，專供香港國際機場訪港常客證核准持有人使用。是否提供這些服務

，完全由當局自行決定。無論是否設有香港國際機場訪港常客通道，當局

可要求香港國際機場訪港常客證持有人，前往當局認為合適的地點，辦理

入境檢查手續。

(vi) 香港國際機場訪港常客證不得轉讓他人。香港國際機場訪港常客通道只限

經批核的持證人本人使用。

(vii) 申請表及附件上的個人資料，會供機管局作以下用途：

（a）處理申請；

（b）作研究及統計用途；及

（c）供傳遞信息、資料及機管局提供的其他服務。

(viii) 申請人可自行決定是否提供個人資料。若所提交的資料不足，申請可能不

會受理。

(ix) 申請人同意，機管局可將申請人提供的個人資料，向當局及╱或香港特別

行政區其他有關政府部門及機管局轄下部門披露或傳遞。

(x) 除上文vii項所述的用途外，機管局不會將收集所得的個人資料用作其他用

途。

(xi) 申請人可要求查閱或更改所提供的個人資料，申請人可以傳真至「香港國

際機場訪港常客通道」負責人（傳真號碼：(852) 2182 2327）。

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

(i) The HKIA Frequent Visitor Card is the property of the Airport Authority Hong Kong (AAHK) and is issued under the terms and conditions hereunder. AAHK reserves the right not to issue HKIA Frequent Visitor Card to any applicant without assigning any reason therefor and to withdraw or cancel the card at any time without giving any notice or reason. AAHK also reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without notice.

(ii) Approved holders of HKIA Frequent Visitor Card are eligible to use the HKIA Frequent Visitor Channel at the immigration halls at Hong Kong International Airport by presenting the HKIA Frequent Visitor Card to the designated staff thereat for validation.

(iii) The HKIA Frequent Visitor Card does not confer on the holder thereof any right of entry to or exit from Hong Kong. The holder's entry to or exit from Hong Kong is governed by the immigration laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, as administered by the Immigration Department of the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, People's Republic of China (the Authority).

(iv) Eligibility to use the HKIA Frequent Visitor Channel under the HKIA Frequent Visitor Channel Programme does not constitute a waiver or exemption granted by the Authority to dispense with the entry clearance examination conducted of all visitors to Hong Kong. Holders of HKIA Frequent Visitor Cards are required to submit themselves to the Authority for entry clearance examination and processing of individual travel documents when using the HKIA Frequent Visitor Channel as required.

(v) The issue and / or use of the HKIA Frequent Visitor Card is without prejudice to the duties, functions and powers of the Authority or other relevant Government departments or agencies in the administration of the immigration laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region or any related matters. The Authority is not obliged to provide a HKIA Frequent Visitor Channel in the immigration halls at Hong Kong International Airport or to designate any immigration counter or channel for use by approved holders of HKIA Frequent Visitor Card, and the provision of these services is at the Authority's absolute discretion. Whether or not a HKIA Frequent Visitor channel is available, approved holders of HKIA Frequent Visitor Card may be required by the Authority to proceed to such place as the Authority thinks fit for the purpose of entry clearance examination.

vi) The HKIA Frequent Visitor Card is non-transferable. The use of the HKIA Frequent Visitor Channel is restricted to the approved card holder only.

(vii) The personal data provided in the application form and the attachments will be used by the AAHK for one or more of the following purposes:

(a) to process the application;

(b) for research and statistical purposes; and

(c) for communicating news, information and other services that AAHK provides.

(viii) The provision of personal data in the application is voluntary. If the applicant does not provide sufficient information, the application may not be processed.

(ix) The applicant agrees that AAHK may disclose or transfer the personal data provided by the applicant to the Authority and / or other relevant departments of the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and other internal departments of the AAHK.

(x) AAHK shall not use the personal data collected for any purpose other than those stated in vii above.

(xi) Applicants can request access to and correction of their personal data as provided. Requests can be faxed to "The Administrator, HKIA Frequent Visitor Channel" at (852) 2182 2327.

vi) The HKIA Frequent Visitor Card is non-transferable. The use of the HKIA Frequent Visitor Channel is restricted to the approved card holder only.

(vii) The personal data provided in the application form and the attachments will be used by the AAHK for one or more of the following purposes:

(a) to process the application;

(b) for research and statistical purposes; and

(c) for communicating news, information and other services that AAHK provides.

(viii) The provision of personal data in the application is voluntary. If the applicant does not provide sufficient information, the application may not be processed.

(ix) The applicant agrees that AAHK may disclose or transfer the personal data provided by the applicant to the Authority and / or other relevant departments of the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and other internal departments of the AAHK.

(x) AAHK shall not use the personal data collected for any purpose other than those stated in vii above.

(xi) Applicants can request access to and correction of their personal data as provided. Requests can be faxed to "The Administrator, HKIA Frequent Visitor Channel" at (852) 2182 2327.
