The DofE Volunteering section

Aim: To inspire young people to make a difference within their communities or to an individual’s life and develop compassion by giving service to others.

Requirements:• Must not be done for a business, but can be undertaken for

a charity, not-for-profit organisation or Volunteering AAP.• Bronze (3 or 6 months); Silver (6 or 12 months); Gold (12 or

18 months)• Minimum of 1 hour per • week• Individual – participant sets • personal goals• Signed by an Assessor
