Much thought has been put into the application of

passive design principles such as sun orientation, wind

direction, wind control and micro climate control.

The stack effect principles applied in SAVASA, allows

hot air to naturally rise and escape the house, including

those that are normally trapped in the attic area.

tapping into the natural sources of cooling by

You can turn the power on and off with a

preset schedule. By automatically turning

the lights on and off while you’re away,

you can make it appears as someone is in

the house to prevent crime.

Connecting a smart plug and motion
