Strong overall results for 2014, with impressive rates of improvement year, over year, over year! In 2014, all 12 indexes achieved higher scores, with the greatest improvement in the Mission Trait - particularly in Strategic Direction & Intent and Vision. Apparently, employees are experiencing ever-increasing clarity and
alignment with the organization’s vision and long-term direction. This was followed by substantial improvement in Consistency, especially in
Coordination & Integration, indicating greater emphasis is being placed on employees working together well to achieve the organization’s goals.
There was also notable improvement in scores for Adaptability and Involvement with Capability Development the only score above the 75th percentile.
