When you arrive at the theatre, you will enter through the blue doors.

If you need to pick up your tickets, you can pick them up at the Ticket Office just inside the blue doors. There may be a line when you arrive.

You can enter the lobby from either the right or left side of the Ticket Office.

If you need a ramp, you can enter the lobby from the left side.

When you go into the lobby, an usher will scan your ticket. The scanner will make a beeping sound as your ticket is scanned.

IRT staff will be in the lobby if you need help. They will be wearing IRT badges.

The theatre has two floors. If your seat is on the Mezzanine level, you can take the stairs in the Grand Lobby

or the elevator (by the Ticket Office) to get upstairs.

The Mezzanine has costume displays from other shows. You can look at the costumes or touch them gently if you would like.

If you want to drop off your coat or request a sensory support for the show (like a fidget or noise-canceling headset), they will be at

Coat Check in the Grand Lobby.

There concession stands where you can purchase food or drink. Food or drink from outside the theatre is not allowed.

There are restrooms in the Grand Lobby and on the Mezzanine.

There is one water fountain in the Grand Lobby and one on the Mezzanine.

A usher will ring a bell when it’s time to enter the theatre. The ushers will be there to give you a program and help you find

your seat.

There are 11 steps on the Main Floor and 8 in the Mezzanine. These stairs might be longer than others, and you may have to

take 2-3 steps before reaching the next stair.

Your ticket will have the row and seat number for where you’ll sit during the show. You might sit next to someone you don’t

know if the theatre is crowded.

During the show, there will be IRT staff members at the front of the stage with a glow stick.

The glow stick will light up when there is about to be a loud

sound or other surprise coming.

During the show, you are welcome to exit the theatre. You can return to your seat at any time. An usher can help you back to

you seat if you need help.

If you need a break during the performance:

-You can stand or walk along the back aisle of the theatre

-You can sit in the Grand Lobby where you can watch the show from a television monitor

-You can sit inside the Oasis room, where it will be quiet

Part way through the show there will be a 15-minute intermission. At intermission, you are welcome to return to the lobby to:

- Use the restrooms

- Purchase food or drink from the concession stand

- Look or touch the displays in the Mezzanine

You are also welcome to stay in your seat.

Please do not sit or stand on the stage.

A bell will ring when it’s time to enter the theatre for the second part of the show.

When the show is over, you are welcome to clap with the other members of the audience as a way to thank the performers, or

you can choose not to.

After the show, there will be a post-show discussion - people will talk about the show and answer questions. You can:

- Move closer to the stage. You can wait in your seat until

most others have left

- You can also choose to leave

When the show is over and others in the audience get up to leave, the stairs might be crowded. You are welcome to wait in

your seat until it is less crowded in the theatre.
