Introduction
And now, as the political tides change, a generation of young artists are eager to play their music and sing their songs for a global audience
CUBA has a long history of creativity and brilliant
musicianship.
This documentary is their introduction to the world
What is it?The Cuban Bus is a trans-media, multi-platform music documentary produced in Spanish with English and French versions
For 20 days an old bus refurbished as a mobile recording studio AKA: The Cuban Bus, will navigate the cities, towns, and mountain villages to discover and record the emerging bands of tomorrow's Cuba.
Part road movie. Part adventure story. Part talent-hunt.
And just what is the sound of the emerging Cuba?
As the brand-builders might say: “Young, vibrant and… freaky!”
Rap, Hip Hop, Punk, Metal, Pop…it’s all here!
