Psalms 104:24 – 30 (New English Translation)

24. How many living things you have made, O LORD! You have exhibited great skill in making all of them; the earth is full of the living things you have made.

Over here is the deep, wide sea, which teems with innumerable swimming creatures, living things both small and large.

26. The ships travel there, and over here swims the whale you made to play in it.

27. All of your creatures wait for you to provide them with food on a regular basis.

28. You give food to them and they receive it; you open your hand and they are filled with food.

29. When you ignore them, they panic. When you take away their life’s breath, they die and return to dust.

30. When you send your life-giving breath, they are created, and you replenish the surface of the ground.

Then God saw everything that He had made, and indeed it was very good. Genesis 1:31

For by Him (Jesus Christ) all things were created that are in heaven and that are on earth, visible and invisible…. Colossians 1:16

The Fall of Creation

The Creation fell from grace because of human being’s sin and rebellion against God

For we know that the whole creation groans and labors with birth pangs together until now..

For the earnest expectation of the creation eagerly waits for the revealing of the sons of God.

The Restoration of Creation

…because the creation itself also will be delivered from the bondage of corruption into the glorious liberty of the children of God.

In God’s kingdom, The Bible says that…The wolf also shall dwell with the lamb, the

leopard shall lie down with the young goat, the calf and the young lion and the fatling together and a child shall lead them.

Lessons to be learnt …….

I am fascinated, by the beauty and creativity of animal life

I am recognizing, behind this creativity and beauty, lies the creator.

This leads me to praise and worship of this CREATOR.

Lessons to be learnt …….

When God gives food to even crows and other animals, will He not take care the need of His children?

To know about the creation, first know about the CREATOR at a personal level as your Lord and Saviour.

The fallen creation will be restored when God Jesus Christ establishes His Kingdom of Heaven.
