We here at The Season absolutely adore garden weddings! There is nothing like watching a bride walk down the aisle surrounded by lush, green grass, bright, beautiful blooms and plenty of sunshine. This is why we have fallen in love with Belle Terra in Cave Spring. Similar to life, it is important to build relationships with those we love, so...voila! We have created The Classic Collection for the bride at Belle Terra. This collection is specially designed for the bride who is looking for a one-stop shop when it comes to planning her wedding. You provide the dress and the photographer, and we will cover everything else! Could it be any easier? We didn’t think so either!

Music The TC Show was founded in 2002 by party professionals

Chad Oates and Tom Shinall of Cartersville. The TC Show was built on the mission of “enhancing the lives of individuals through excellence in music and entertainment.” These guys

know how to party and will create custom playlists to fit your musical tastes (or use their website to create your own)!

Planning

• 30 hours of wedding planning and day-of management services• Consult on the design & wording of invitations from within the

collection choices• Coordinate with collection vendors as well as client-chosen

vendors for all wedding day details• Assist with all etiquette questions• Create a final wedding day timeline and ceremony outline for

approval at least one week prior to the wedding• Coordinate the reception decór with the client, as well as oversee

set-up of reception site during installation, rental delivery, floral delivery, catering arrival, and other reception vendor arrival

• Direct the rehearsal on the night before the wedding (venue permitting)

• Arrive at the wedding ceremony site on the day of the wedding to assist with pre-ceremony photos, flower distribution, and ensure all ceremony vendors arrive and set-up as expected

• Provide the use of a fully-equipped wedding day emergency kit• Direct the ceremony• Assist with removal of the bride’s personal items and gifts to a

designated location at the conclusion of the reception• Provide two wedding coordinators from The Season on wedding

day

Harvest Moon Café opened its doors in 1998 in downtown Cave Spring as a small local sandwich shop. After opening a second location in Rome in 1999, the restaurant soon outgrew its new location and moved to historic Broad Street in 2001.
