However as we grow older we wonder where the year has gone. God has the benefit of not being affected by time - “With the Lord a day is like a thousand years, and a thousand years are like a day” (II Peter 3:8). His timing isn’t measured in days or millennia, but rather by patience - “He is patient with you, not wanting anyone to perish, but everyone to come to repent- ance” (II Peter 3:9). In other words, each day that delays my enjoying God’s new heaven and new earth is a reprieve to lost sinners to experi- ence Gods salvation which leads to that destination. So another day that goes by where the Lord’s return is delayed is just another sign of his grace. The same grace that delivered a baby in a manger that we will celebrate in a few weeks. That is also the grace that allowed that precious gift of peace and perfection to redeem our lives for all of eternal. Not only is that worth waiting for; it is also worth waiting on someone else to receive. Merry Christmas, Troy

butter and jelly, spaghetti and sauce, etc. Last, but by no means the least, please pray for
God to provide an Assistant Director for the Baptist Center.
May each of you have a most Blessed Christmas Season and a rewarding and fulfilling
New Year!
In HIS Service,

As we enter this season of celebration and joy, there is so much to celebrate and be thankful
for! Our new Licensing Specialist, Michelle Stratton-Freeman, started last week and has already
brought such a sweet spirit to our office! She is excited to be a part of this ministry and helping one
more child. She is going to be a wonderful support for our families, and a wealth of information as
well.
Now that we are fully staffed in both of our Circuit 14 offices again, we are looking forward
to new possibilities in the New Year. There are a few events coming up that we would like to share
with you:
December 5th: We will be hosting an Orientation from 6:00-7:00 at St. Andrew’s Baptist
Church. This is for anyone who would like more information about becoming a foster parent or how
to support our local ministries. Childcare is provided. We will also have refreshments.
December 8th-10th: We will have an information table set up at Emerald Coast Christmas. We
are anticipating a great event and would love for you to stop by and visit our table!
I would also like to say a special thank you to two of our local churches, Hiland Park Baptist
and New Midway Baptist who are both providing Christmas gifts for our foster children and foster
families. What a blessing it is to work with all of the churches in our Association! Churches of all siz-
es that minister in so many different communities have demonstrated God’s love for our families and
children. We could not do the ministry we do without the support of our churches. I know it pleases
the Father’s heart!
I pray that this Christmas season you will truly experience God with us! There is no greater
gift than that!
Blessings,
Emily Fidler

As we start our voyage together serving the seafarers at the Port of Panama City, my wife and I want to say a big "Thank You". We are so grateful to Bro. Troy and the council of the Northwest Coast Baptist Association that has approved our ministry and have welcomed us to partner with you all
in reaching foreign seafarers with the gospel of Christ.
I have just returned from spending nearly three weeks in the Philippines visiting many of the seafarers and their families that we have ministered to in the last seven years. Many are attended good fundamental churches and their families have been changed through Christ Jesus. One church plant has been established by a second officer in the island of Leyte that was saved about 4 years ago
at the port of Mobile. All glory goes to God.
Please pray for us! We can do nothing unless the Spirit of God goes before us and directs our paths for one's that are lost, don't know the name of Christ, or are seeking Him. If I can ever share the ministry with you or your people just call. I would be honored to
