The aim of Catalyst is to “equip and develop young leaders to be missional disciples who build and advance God’s Kingdom.”The Academy is inspired by Ephesians 4:11-12 (NIV) “It was he who gave some to be apostles, some to be prophets, some to be evangelists, and some to be pastors and teachers, to equip God’s people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up.”
The Catalyst Academy will deliver incredible opportunities to be equipped and developed in all areas of ministry and leadership through mentoring, lectures, mission trips, retreats, specialised training and practical experience.
Forget about unproven theories and boring formulas, The Catalyst Academy converts revelation into practical application. From day one you’ll go from the classroom to getting active both in your church and your community.

An intern’s personal walk with God will be their greatest asset throughout the Catalyst year - indeed throughout life!
