– Repay Shareholders (with Dividend) and/or distribute profits as per Social Enterprise Model
• Liquidate the Company - 31 July deadline– Pay outstanding YE VAT & Corporation Tax– Insurance cover ends– Close Bank Account
• Complete end of year Self-assessment– Download Personal Certificate of Progress
