The lobby is the heart of the hotel - it unites the reception, the lounge and the bar to one large entity. The "Welcoming"

atmosphere is very important - the high-quality interior design and the staff contribute equally to the guests' wellbeing.

The classic design will be complemented by creative elements i.e. colored sofas and old school chandeliers, the feeling will also

be enhanced by vintage furniture, relicts from the past and pieces of art.

The free high speed internet and cozy atmosphere make it a place to spend quality time.

BREAKFAST CONCEPT

The Chef will invite guests to „Breakfast in the Kitchen“ – they will feel like being at home since all favourite food can be found

along the buffet. As breakfast is a very important meal for Europeans we focus on offering typical dishes from Vienna, Paris or

Rome - fresh bread and croissants, jam, cereals, and more.

The concept reflects strongly in the design of the furniture and decoration – the buffet area will be designed in the shape of a

kitchen and be decorated accordingly: grannies’ stove, small pots and pans, vintage glass jars, kitchen equipment from different

époques, a large community table with comfy seating.

Fresh & healthy food and high quality in a pleasant environment, surrounded by an atmosphere of warming flavours and smells.

Market of Delights

The feeling and products of the best and most popular Food & Street Markets will find their new home in our restaurant - the

very local Vienna House Restaurant - a melting pot of tastes and cultures!

Osteria

The emphasis is on local specialties mixed with Italian highlights such as pasta, grilled meat or fish, and often served at shared

tables – Family Style. It is a traditional, down-to-earth environment with simple but exceptional food!

Best Butcher’s Meat

The restaurant offers a huge selection of grilled meat and vegetables with an additional integration of its highlight – a Smoker.

The smoky flavor that you get from the slow cooking process will enhance its concept.

VIENNESE CAFÉ

On the ground floor, right in the heart of the lobby, a Viennese Café will invite guests to enjoy cake and coffee/tea right through

the day. The interior design and food and beverage selection take their inspiration straight from the famous cafés in Vienna’s

historical City Centre.

We are committed to a high quality standard, a targeted use of art installations and lighting completes the area, perfectly

integrated into the lobby concept, using similar materials and fabrics.

On the highest floor there will be a themed skybar offering a selection of food and drinks. The highlight is its terrace as it allows a

view over the city’s roofs.

Guests will enjoy a selection of beer, wine and spirits in an urban atmosphere. All drinks are being served in vintage glasses. Besides

regional craft beers, international highlights can be found too. The snack menu is based on regional highlight and specialities.

It will be the place to be and be seen and offer a wide range of signature drinks and cocktails to cater for a large crowd. The skybar

will be the hot spot for after work drinks in the area and appeal to external guests.

The large SPA & Fitness area with terrace will round up the product and make sure the hotel has a strong USP, it will be

accessible to hotel guests and locals. The leitmotiv is "the water" with all its purifying, relaxing and vitalizing properties!
