Recommendations for Federal Education Agency Spread of information about Universities

and in mass-media. For the information to be true one must form a special certificating commission out of independent experts

Work-out of a concrete contract-form about student mobility

Work-out and organization of special programs and seminars for the heads of universities about student mobility in order that they could organize seminars for their staff
