The Boat House is a bespoke wedding venue, that has been designed to be open plan, with plenty of natural light. It will create the perfect blank canvas for you to design your special day to make it truly personal to you. Aston Marina offers a unique location, with the breathtaking back drop of our idyllic inland waterways

and English countryside - the perfect setting for your special day!

Saying ‘I Do’ Exchanging wedding vows with the person you love is the most significant part of your day, so its important to choose the perfect surroundings for such a celebration. The Boat House at Aston Marina is licensed for civil weddings and civil partnership ceremonies. The flexibility of a large open plan room means we can accommodate small or large guest numbers up to 150 seated guests. Plus with the addition of our outdoor wedding space, with gorgeous views of the Marina, there is another ideal space to say ’I Do’.

Culinary Delights We pride ourselves on providing delicious dishes, produced using the finest local ingredients by our award winning chefs. We are very passionate about great food and excellent service, which is proven by our six Great Taste Awards from the Guild of Fine Food gained in 2013, 2015 and 2016. A list of menu options are available, however, you are not limited to the choices presented. We are delighted to discuss your requirements and will tailor the menus to suit your taste. *Please note all food is supplied by Aston Marina Ltd.

The Boat House has its own bar and we provide a bar manager and a team of professional staff on

your big day.

We have an extensive wine and champagne list for you to choose from and we can help you make

your selections.

The bar is licensed until 11.30am (optional until 12.30am on Fridays and Saturdays).

Venue Hire includes, chairs, tables, linens, cutlery, crockery and glass ware, as well as:

• Exclusive use of Aston Marina Boat House and Boat House Gardens all day from 10am until 12.00am (optional 12.30am on Fridays and Saturdays)

• Our house DJ or speak to us about upgrading to our wedding singer & DJ. • A Wedding Co-ordinator to assist with the planning of your day • A planned meeting with a Wedding Co-ordinator prior to your wedding day • Meetings prior to the wedding to obtain or discuss ideas (please arrange an appointment) • Event management on your wedding day • Music system with microphone and iPod dock station to play your own ceremony and background music • Large secure parking area • Assistance with and recommendation of suppliers • Use of Bride’s room with en-suite bathroom • Outside terrace with seating and ornamental pond area with a rose seat and wishing well, perfect for photographs and guests to enjoy

Booking your wedding Once you have chosen your preferred wedding date we can provisionally hold the date for up to two weeks. You can do this by emailing [email protected]. If you would like to confirm the date we will send you the wedding contract to sign and return to us with your deposit. The Aston Marina team will be with you all the way from the date of your booking to your big day to make sure everything will be perfect. The deposit is 50% of the venue hire charge. The payment plan is included in the pack with the final balance due two weeks before your wedding date. At the time of reserving your wedding at The Boat House you should book your Registrar or Church. Staffordshire registry office: 0300 111 8001 They will arrange bookings and payments for civil and partnership ceremonies. Your ceremony location - the charge for an outdoor ceremony is £100.
