    The Big Five factors of personality are five broaddomains which define human personality.

    The theory based on the Big Five factors is called the

    Five Factor Model (FFM).

    These factors are based on Empirical.

    Human resources professionals often use the Big Five

    personality dimensions to help place employees.

    These dimensions are used to make up an individualspersonality.

    In this people are divided into High scorers and

    Low scorers.

    People with High scorers: People who like to learn new things and enjoy new

    experiences usually score high in openness.

    People who are open to experience areintellectually curious, appreciative of art, and

    sensitive to beauty.

    When compared to closed people, they tend to be

    more creative and more aware of their feelings.

    They are more likely to hold unconventional

    beliefs.

    Extravert.

    They Introverts the exuberance, energy, and activity

    levels of extraverts. They tend to be quiet, low-key, deliberate, and less

    involved in the social world.

    Introverts simply need less stimulation than extraverts

    and more time alone.
