The machine
The Combi Series is the family of bundling machines, Including 12 different models, which offers the functions of a wrap-around cartoning machine and those of a heat-shrink film bundling machine in a single machine, with a speed between 15 and 45 packages/minute depending on the model.
The Combi Series brings together the best of cartoning machines and heat-shrink film bundling machines manufactured by Atlanta and is suitable for secondary packaging of a broad variety of products: glass or PET bottles, tins, cans, jars, tanks, dispensers, boxes, cases.

High efficiency and flexibility
The packaging machines of the Combi Series are designed to meet the needs of the most varied production lines.
This Atlanta solution for end of line packaging ensure the maximum production flexibility because it produces all types of bundles: • Wrap-around box • Tray • Tray with film • Octagonal tray • Octagonal tray with film
In the various Combi versions, the loose products arrive in-line, on side through a crossover infeed conveyor or at 90° and are separated continuously with alternated mode, then enter the wrap-around unit.
The cartoning machine takes the flat blank from the magazine by means of the suction cups and folds it to create the tray or box, while the product moves over the conveyor belt.
The bundle is transferred through the film wrapping unit and the heat-shrinking tunnel, which are activated only if the tray+film configuration is set.
