KATHERINE M. CARTER (Direc-tor) (she/her) is a stage director of theatre & opera. Recently Katherine directed Misunder-stood at The Rose Theatre in Omaha, and the Hodges & Loughery new musical, Sonata 1962 at Interlochen Academy of the Arts. Previous: Rice Uni-versity Opera, Mad Cow The-atre, On Site Opera, Carnegie Mellon University, Santa Fe Opera, Parallel 45 Theatre, Ca-nadian Opera Company, Hous-ton Grand Opera. New School for Drama, Joe’s Pub, Westport Country Playhouse, Wellfleet Harbor Actors Theatre, NYMF, 3LD, NYU, and Wolf Trap. JEFF COX (Music Supervisor) is a New York-based music di-rector and conductor who has performed internationally and on Broadway. He has appeared in the orchestras of The Band’s Visit (Broadway), A Letter to Harvey Milk (Off-Broadway), Wicked (National tour), Austen’s Pride (Fifth Avenue Seattle), nu-

merous regional theatres, and many others. As bandleader and pianist for Jeremy Stolle’s No More Talk of Darkness, he has directed Broadway-caliber musicians and singers in perfor-mances across the United States and throughout mainland Chi-na. Jeff is a faculty member at the American Musical and Dra-matic Academy, and he holds a Master’s Degree in conducting from Ithaca College. www.jeff-coxmusic.com

CAROLINE DUFFIN is a New York based stage manager. She is a graduate of the Pace Uni-versity Stage Management pro-gram and has worked on projects including the pre-production workshop of Evita (a collabo-ration between Pace University and New York City Center) and Whisper House with The Civil-ians. She is incredibly excited to be a part of this project!

HOLLIS DUGGINS (Stage Manager)

REIKO HUFFMAN (Scenic De-signer) is a Scenic Designer and Asst. Professor of Scenic Design at Nebraska Wesleyan Universi-ty. She seeks to change the field of design with emotionally pro-pelled choices and interweaving critical awareness into her de-sign process. Upcoming credits for Reiko Huffman include The World Goes Round at the Coro-nado Playhouse in Coronado, CA, Songs For a New World at the Onstage Playhouse in Chu-la Vista, CA, and Hello Dolly! at Nebraska Wesleyan University.

CHARLIE JOHNSON (Choreog-rapher) is a Seattle based theater artist with a focus in new musical

development. He recently di-rected and choreographed the national tour of The Queen’s Cartoonists. Other direction and/or choreography credits in-clude Urinetown! (ACT/5th Ave-nue Theatre), Pageant (Sensible Theater Co.), HeadVoice (New York Musical Festival), Swing-time Canteen! (Arrow Rock Ly-ceum), Machine Gun America (FringeNY), and You’re a...Char-lie Brown (Flat Rock Playhouse).He has developed new musicals with The Rev Theater Co, New York Theater Barn, The Drama League, Green Room 42, and Musical Theater Factory.Charlie is currently the Interim Artistic Producing Associate at The 5th Avenue Theatre. Prior to that, he served as the Director of New Works for the New York based theater company Out of the Box Theatrics.He attended Elon Uni-versity and is most often found at the theater, yoga, or Chipot-le. @chipper_charles

ANESSA MARIE (Music Direc-tor) is a composer/lyricist, mu-sic director, orchestrator, and performer in New York City. In 2019, Anessa debuted Finding Beautiful as part of NYMF’s fi-nal season, where she was also named the 2019 NYMF Artist Fellow. Other NYC credits as composer include Queering the Canon (Joe’s Pub), Beautiful: the Music and Lyrics of Anes-sa Marie (April 2018), and A Glimpse of the Rainbow (June 2018). Her original work for symphony orchestra and piano, A New York Renaissance, writ-ten in response to COVID-19 will premiere in 2022. Anessa is also in development for Reign, a new contemporary steampunk

CASTPIM VAN AMERONGEN is thrilled to be back on stage, and back at The Barnstormers. ELLIS GAGE, New England native, began at age 10 in the out-of-town premiere of Pasek/Paul’s James & the Giant Peach (Goodspeed Mu-sicals), subsequently appearing in Kooman/Dimond’s Dani Girl (Cher-ry Lane Theatre), Phyllis Newman’s Peter Pan adaptation & Glen Rov-en’s Anderson’s Solo (American Opera Projects), winning an IRNE for his performance in The King & I (North Shore Music Theatre). Grow-ing up, he was known as “the kid with the big belt” on Sirius XM’s Seth Speaks & a vocalist for the Metropolitan Opera’s featured con-temporary works. In recent years, he’s received praise for performanc-es in the developing Imaginary Boy for Tourette Association of America, “Happily” (NYMF), & Poupelle of ChimneyTown (CTUSA/Japan). He’s been seen in NYC and regionally at Prospect Theatre, Broadway Unit-ed, WorkShop Theatre, Hunting-ton Theatre, Boston Lyric Opera, Wheelock Family Theatre, Passage Theatre, Carriage House Theatre, & on tour. ALYSSA GIANNETTI is a classically trained singer and actor based out of New York City! She is a graduate of Northwestern University where she received a BM in Voice & Opera Performance, as well as, a minor in Choral Music Education and a certificate in Musical Theatre Performance. Originally from Bloomfield Hills, MI, Alyssa made her professional debut while touring with the 1st National Tour of Love Never Dies, the sequel to The Phantom of Opera, as the

Christine Daaé Understudy and En-semble Swing. She most recently was seen singing more Lloyd Web-ber hits in the World Premiere of Unmasked: The Music of Andrew Lloyd Webber at Paper Mill Play-house!

TAUREN HAGANS is thrilled to be back on stage and to be making her Barnstormers debut! Some of her favorite credits include Mamma Mia (Rosie), 9 to 5 the Musical (Roz) and The Dixie Swim Club (JeriNe-al) all at Flat Rock Playhouse, How To Succeed in Business Without Really Trying (Ms. Jones) at Maltz Jupiter Theater and In the Heights (Daniela) in the National Tour. DARIUS HARPER is head over his heels to be back in NH for the sum-mer. As a Nashua native he grew up performing with the Peacock Play-ers and The Seacoast Repertory Theatre! Credits include: The Book of Mormon, Smokey Joe’s Cafe, and Kinky Boots (Lola)! Before the pandemic Darius was most recently on the road with Cirque Du Soleil’s VOLTA as the vocalist/emcee. Center, Amber began her performance career singing in Manhattan jazz clubs like Birdland & Dizzy’s. Soon after, she was cast in the national tour of one of her favorite musicals, Jesus Christ Superstar. Since then, her musical career has taken her to 49 of the 50 states (Vermont!), to the Caribbean with Disney Cruise Lines, as far as the Daegu Opera House in South Korea and on a second national tour with the It Gets Better mu-sical - a unique opportunity for her to truly fulfill her passions for performance, travel & effecting change. It tells the story of Jenna Hunterson, a baker and waitress in an abusive relationship with her husband, Earl.
