Wellness Program Descriptions: The Perfect Warm-Up for Golf Workshop & Heart Wise
NEW! The Perfect Warm-Up for Golf
Fee Required
See program chart pages 4-6
Prepare your body to have optimal range
of motion and speed right from the first
tee. Most golfers would agree that a
proper warm up prior to teeing off would
benefit their performance. That said, it’s
unusual for recreational golfers to
warmup adequately. Due to the length of
time that it already takes to play a round
of golf, not having the time is an
understandable excuse – but not a great
one considering how valuable it is for
golfers of all skill levels.
The top three reasons to warm up:
· Better performance
Decrease risk of injury
Faster recovery between rounds
In this seminar, learn the ideal 3 minute
and 15 minute warmups for golf. Your
body will thank you for it!!
