Connect AU with “the field” through research and lessons learned to analyze and assess the AF’s leadership education requirements (and measure outcomes)
Support educating more Airmen more broadly and more deeply on the subject of leadership by creating and maintaining an AF-wide strategic roadmap and a common “vocabulary” for a career-long continuum experience
