2020 SESSION | SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 20 – FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 25 PAGE ONE OF THREE Admired Leadership® can be summed up simply: excellence shares common routines. True world-class leaders believe it is the consistency of action that drives results and builds authentic relationships with others, whether as a leader, team member, friend, spouse, or parent. Admired Leaders® are many different people, but those people all behave in very similar ways. A mastery of leadership requires a complex application of logic and emotion, skill and discipline, strategic thinking and authentic action, and a balance of results orientation with the human need to connect with those you lead. It is difficult to achieve both halves. What we have learned about leadership has helped us form the foundation for the Admired Leadership Institute®, which provides participants with a unique and memorable environment to explore the behaviors associated with becoming a better leader. It is designed to create rich dialogue among peer-like leaders who can share organizational challenges, exchange innovative ideas, and ultimately work to better themselves and their teams. FACULTY RANDALL K. STUTMAN, PH.D. is the founder of the Admired Leadership Institute® and is widely recognized as an authority in leadership strategy and style. Dr. Stutman works as an executive coach for Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Capital One, Deutsche Bank, Goldman Sachs, State Farm, Sun Life Financial, and Morgan Stanley, among others. The author of three books on leadership, he is a former Professor at Temple University and the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana. JOHN DALY, PH.D. is a noted scholar and researcher in the area of organizational advocacy. He has worked with more than 100 organizations, including United Airlines, Dun & Bradstreet, Dell, and the Governor’s Executive Education Program for the State of Texas. Dr. Daly is currently a Professor at the University of Texas at Austin where he teaches interpersonal communication, persuasion, and leadership behavior. He has published four books and more than 80 articles on leadership communication. ADMIRED LEADERSHIP The Institute ® We have spent over twenty-five years identifying and scrutinizing the small handful of leaders with a reputation for achieving extraordinary and developing loyal relationships— learning what makes them tick, and isolating the behaviors and routines that make them extraordinary.

The ideal Admired Leadership Institute® participant should be a leader with current significant responsibility and

high-potential for increasing management of more people or complexity. Because of the active nature of each

session, a leader with an outdoor orientation is recommended for the program.

The Admired Leadership Institute® provides participants with a unique and memorable environment to explore the behaviors associated with becoming a better leader. In addition to the intensive working sessions, the program also hosts activities that embrace the culture of the American West. Built on the grand scale of the great western lodges, The Lodge at Red River Ranch blends rich cultural history with modern convenience. You will find the accommodations comfortable, the food and service outstanding, the location breathtaking, and the overall experience, well … unforgettable. The Lodge offers 15 unique guest rooms decorated with antique furnishings, western artwork, and authentic artifacts.

The Lodge at Red River Ranch lies in the heart of the most stunning and diverse country imaginable. A few minutes

drive takes us into Capitol Reef National Park—one of the true treasures of the southwest. The transcendent cliffs and

monoliths of the park are some of the most awe-inspiring geography you will find… anywhere. The Admired

Leadership® program hosts group activities such as guided fly-fishing, hiking, climbing, horseback riding, photography,

and western barbecues, or participants can simply amble among the Red River Ranch’s 2,000 acres of private pastures.

Please note, participants may also elect not to participate in any of these activities.

Airport via chartered plane arranged by CRA. Some past attendees to the program have chosen to extend their travel in

the area before or following their session. We are happy to make recommendations and assist with travel plans as needed.
