Tshs. 10,000/= for Student Identity Card and Tshs. 40,000/= for Graduation Gown at the
beginning of the first semester once a year. Parents/Sponsors/Guardians/Students are requested
to pay the respective fees through special control code generated by the Online System (OSIM)
available at the Academy Website: www.mnma.ac.tz .
* Attached herewith, please find the expounded “Academy’s Fees Structure for the Academic
Year 2021/2022” and other payments for your reference.
**Please quote Control Codes correctly and then after payments send the original Bank Pay in
Slip to the Academy for verification. Make sure that the Bank Pay in Slip bears Student’s Full
Names, Programme and Year of Study.
2) That you should present yourself to the Admissions Office for formal registration after paying
the required fees. Failure to do so will result in the withdrawal of your admission. Admission can
neither be postponed nor deferred to the next academic year. Please note that no student will be
allowed to attend classes without paying the required fee and completing the registration process.
3) That you should produce your medical check-up form duly filled by a qualified Government
Medical Officer to the Admission Officer.
4) That you should bring your original certificates plus two copies of each of your certificates
and transcripts (the original certificate will be returned to you after verification). Certificates
should include birth, Form four, Form six, and/or Diploma certificates respectively.
5) That you will be a full time student and if you are a Government or Public
Institution/Organization employee, you will have to produce evidence that your employer has
released you and is willing to continue supporting you.
6) That you should submit two stamp size photographs to the Admissions Officer.
Kindly note that candidates who will fail to register within the period of two (2) weeks lasting
from 18th
October, 2021 to 31st October, 2021 will be required to pay late registration fee of
Tshs. 5,000/= per day for a maximum of 7 days.
Failure to register will lead to automatic cancellation of your admission; hence you will therefore
be required to re-apply in the new academic year.

Accommodation on campus is not guaranteed; hence candidates are not advised to effect
payment of the fee of the same in advance. However, when necessary, the office of the Dean of
Students shall assist students in securing their off campus accommodations.
Dress Code:
A: Female Students:
i. Dresses: Must be not more than 2” (inches) above the knee, must have sleeves,
must not show cleavage, and must not be skintight or transparent.
ii. Skirts: Must be not more than 2” (inches) above the knee. No transparent or see
through materials are allowed and must be worn above the hip.
iii. Blouses/tops – Low cut blouses, backless or tops that leave the stomach and chest
uncovered are not allowed.
iv. Clothing that is provocative or contains obscene message or a message that is
contrary to the vision and mission of MNMA will not be permitted.
B: Male Students:
i. Shirts: Button-up shirts with sleeves must not extend below jacket (if worn).
ii. Hats, caps, do rags; earrings and other headgear are not allowed.
iii. Trousers – Indecent trousers will not be allowed this includes over sized or low
hanging trousers (sag), Jeans with holes. All trousers must be worn at waist level.
iv. Clothing that is provocative or contains obscene message or a message that is
contrary to the mission of MNMA will not be permitted.
v. Shorts (short trousers) of any kind are not allowed at the Academy.
