• Since 1973, the campaign has raised over $83 million
• Over 500 charities participate under 10 umbrella organizations

campaign• Incorporate Giving Tuesday, November 30th,
into campaign to capture the momentum of the movement
• Can offer in-person options that follow site rules and public health recommendations and guidance.

Keeping campaign changes beyond pandemic
• No personalized pledge forms will be printed this year
• E-Pledge **preferred**
• PDF booklet and pledge form from website
• Fillable pdf pledge form can be digitally signed and emailed to [email protected]

A Successful E-Pledge Campaign looks like…
• Review 2020 donors report in E-Pledge who gave via paper and whether they gave in 2021 yet
• Communication:
• 2 emails will be sent campaign wide
• Bi-weekly newsletters to Campaign Volunteers
• Send emails and communicate internally to make the ask, answer questions, give updates on campaign

• Screen shots for how to make a pledge via e-pledge are included on the website
• State employees will receive an email with their log in and password the first week of the campaign
• UW Employees will be able to log in with their NetID after the campaign kicks off on October 11th
• Chairs and Coordinators have access to the Administrator Portal with reports

• If a donor gives via paper pledge form, after it has been processed it will appear in the report
• Special event contributions will appear in total reports as well

• While in the Coordinator Portal, you will see a Summary Report and a Pledges report listing the donor first and last name and their department/agency unit
• To return to the donor portal, click Access Donor Portal in the lower right-hand corner.

Chair Access: Reporting
•For access to Reports, click on Reports on the menu bar.
Select the report to run and click submit. Report will display under My Reports.
• To return to the donor portal, click Access Donor Portal in the lower right-hand corner.

• Materials will be mailed in bulk mid campaign
• Late requests will be mailed as they are received

• Centralized Material Pick Up• Campaign chairs will decide if this option works for their
unit
• Each Unit will receive a small amount of non-personalized pledge forms, booklets, and prepaid return envelopes• Donors can pick up their materials in an
area the chair determines for their unit• Donor mails form to fiscal agent
• Chairs will no longer take completed forms to the Credit Union

MobileCause: Using the Site
1. Open the MobileCause link.2. Select how much you would like to pay using an
easy button or the “other” to fill in a specific dollar amount
3. Fill in your Name, Email, Phone, and Zip code.4. Select your Agency or Department name from the
drop down.5. If your Partners in Giving Chair gave a specific
name for the event, enter it in the “Special Event Description” field or describe the event.
6. Select your payment method (Credit Card or Apple Pay).

What can a Loaned Executive Do for Your Campaign:
• LEs are Loaned Executives assigned to help you with your Partners in Giving campaign
• 2021, we have 4 LEs
• Available to assist campaign chairs and volunteers with the planning and execution of their campaigns
• Provide materials:• Communication: email templates• Marketing: posters• Pledging: ePledge experts
• Here to help! From start to finish, they can guide you and provide support for your campaigns.
Requesting Speakers • Virtual kickoffs and lunch and learns with
charity speakers are encouraged • Charity speakers are available to join
virtually or send pre-recorded message (no in-person events)
• Speaker request form available at giving.wi.gov
• Ask your Loaned Executive to help you schedule a speaker and to help plan your virtual kickoff or special event
