A Message from Bill Leahy, 2018 Team Georgia Chamber Chairman I want to thank everyone for your outstanding dedication and hard work this past year. Over 300 ambassadors helped us carry the message of the Georgia Chamber throughout the state and allowed us to surpass our goal of $2.2 million dollars to an all-time record of $2.5 million! This has truly been a record year. I want to extend a special thank you to our two MVPs of the 2018 campaign. Sherrie Addington, Regions, is our top new member producer, recruiting 20 new members. James Bray, Atlanta Gas Light, is our top cash producer with over $74,000 in production.
I would also like to recognize our top corporate teams of 2018. Our top producing team this year is Georgia Power Company, captained by Swann Seiler & Bo Braswell. James Bray leads the second place team of Atlanta Gas Light, and Stan Shepherd, AT&T, as our third place team captain. Your accomplishments have led to the increased strength and vitality of the Georgia Chamber. In fact, we have recently been named Chamber of the Year for the second year in a row. The Georgia Chamber has been named Chamber of the Year by the Council of State Chambers for 2018, right after winning Chamber of the Year in 2017 by the Association of Chamber of Commerce Executives. I am confident that the 2019 campaign will prove even more successful and I am thankful for each one of your efforts on behalf of the Georgia Chamber. Best of luck during the 2019 campaign!
THANK YOU TO OUR 2018 CAMPAIGN EVENT SPONSORS!
