Preamble: Treated wastewater is perceived as potential aid valuable resources. Highly treatedwaster water with advance scientific technique can be used in different sectors of activity such asirrigation for landscape, floor washing, toilet flush and partially recycle for back for process. Thesereduces considerable load on water resources. Keeping this in perspective THAHA WATERSOLUTION have decided to develop Pre-fabricated packaged wastewater treatment plants for treating sewage & wash water (gray water). Since, non-availability of space to accommodatetreatment plant in existing building was a challenging proposition. With the limitation of space,design of compact, lightweight treatment plant has been developed. Introduction of variousinnovative technique i.e. High rate clarifier, coagulation precipitation with special polymer, Self



aerating Biowheel-attached growth process, bacterial augmentation with enzymes and bio-mediaclarification have made treatment plant compact and reduced volume required for treatment. Theemphasis has been given to reduced electrical power consumptions and operation cost. A detailphysical – chemical treat ability studies has been carried out with organic polymer and reducedinorganic chemical for various types of sewage/gray water. A complete treatment scheme has beendesigned on the basis of treat ability studies.

EFFLUENT TREATMENT PLANTS( E T P)

Any treatment plant must be based on actual measurements of the waste stream with respect tohydraulic and organic load. The critical parameter is daily average flow, peak flow andinfluent/effluent BOD5 and TSS.

For common aapplications such as sewage, pulp , paper, dairies and other applications in the food processingindustry, there is sufficient experience at hand in order to design a system and guarantee theeffluent, based on such information.

Designs for new applications should be based on a full waste water analysis and followed up bya test program in order to verify the design and guarantee the effluent.

Systems with additional requirement to effluent removal on, COD, Ammonia, or Nutrient, willnormally require longer retention time and will consequently have lesser capacity then above. Suchsystems will be designed as customized systems based on the customer’s influent analysis andeffluent removal requirements.

REVERSE OSMOSIS PLANT

DEMINERALISED WATER PLANT



DM water stands for De Mineralized water. Theoretically it is water not containing any minerals or salts. Practically in most applications water from which all Ca and Mg salts are removed is termedas D M Water. Very high purity D M water is usually used for pharmaceutical preparations, HighPurity Chemicals synthesis and boiler applications where scale formation is not desired at all.De-Mineralization can be made by a number of processes. It includes Electro-De-ionisation. Ion-exchange, Reverse Osmosis and Distillation / Solar Distillation. Softening - removal of Ca and Mgions is done in most cases by chemical method - as pre-treatment for efficiency improvement of most methods.

SOFTENER



The Water Softener offered by us is used to remove calcium and magnesium from water as thesecauseHardness in water. Removal of total hardness is been taken place using our water softener which isCharged with cathode ion exchange resins in sodium form. The charged resins exchanges Na ionswith Ca and Mg ions to soften the hard water. These are known for its features such as

IRON REMOVAL PLANT

Ion exchange should be considered only for the removal of small quantities of iron and

manganese. For practical purposes in an everyday working softener, the upper limit is about

5 to 7 parts per million. Ion exchange involves the use of synthetic resins where a restaurants

ion on the solid phase (the "adsorbent," usually sodium) is exchanged for the unwanted ions

in the water. One of the major difficulties in using this method for controlling iron and

manganese is that if any oxidation occurs during the process, the resulting precipitate can

coat and foul the media.
