FAQSWhat is the minimum number of guests required to make a booking?We do not have a minimum number in order to book. However, bookings of fewer than eight guests will be seated together on a shared table.

Is there an age limit?Our Christmas parties are suitable for anybody aged 18-years-old and over.

How can I place a booking?Bookings can be made by downloading our online booking form by visiting sixwaysstadium.co.uk. Alternatively, you can contact one of our team between 9am and 5pm from Monday to Friday by emailing [email protected] or calling 01905 459308 or 01905 459322.

Are my places guaranteed when I book?All bookings are considered provisional until your deposit is received. Provisional bookings can be held for up to seven days. Thereafter a non-refundable and non-transferable deposit of £10pp will be required to confirm your booking. Please note that if your deposit hasn’t been received after seven days, your booking will be released for resale.

When are final balances due?Final balance payments are due no later than Monday 5 November 2018. Please note all payments are subject to our terms and conditions and all prices are inclusive of VAT.

Where can I find a copy of the terms and conditions?Terms and conditions can be found on our website. Please note that it is the responsibility of the booker to ensure that all of their party are aware of these terms and conditions.

Ways to pay.You can pay your deposit and balance using the methods below:

Cash can be paid in person between 9.30am and 4.30pm from Monday to Friday.

Card payments can be taken over the phone between 9.30am and 4.30pm from Monday to Friday.

Bank Transfers can be made online. Please ask a member of the Events Team for bank details at the time of booking.

Cheques should be made payable to WRFC Trading Ltd.

Can I pre-order drinks? We strongly recommend that you take advantage of our pre-order service as the majority of our evenings will be very busy and some wine selections are likely to sell out.

This will also help you avoid the initial rush at the bar and all of your drinks will be on your table for your arrival.

Our drink packages and wine pre-order list can be found on our website.

Will you be able to cater for my specific dietary requirement? We can cater for all dietary requirements when you pre-book by November 5. Although we try our best to accommodate requests on the evening, we cannot guarantee this.

Where can I park?At Sixways we have 1000 car parking spaces available. Our car parking facilities are signposted on our driveway as the Events and Conferencing Car Park.

Vehicles must be collected by no later than 10am the following day. Should you wish to leave your vehicles overnight WRFC Trading Ltd accepts no responsibility for loss or damage.

What will happen in the case of inclement weather?We always endeavour to proceed with scheduled events despite the weather conditions and only in extreme cases would we cancel an event. Should this be necessary we will contact you directly ahead of the event.
