The One Stop delivery system provides universal access/needed services to of labor exchange services for workers, job seekers and businesses services needed in one location.

Federal law that provides certain federal employees and applicants with the ability of redress in the event that a federal executive agency violates veterans' preference rights.

The VEOA allows veterans' preference/veterans whom been discharged honorably from the armed and be considered for certain vacancies that are otherwise open only to status or reinstatement-eligible applicants outside of DOL.

Veterans’ ProgramDisabled Veterans’ Outreach Program (DVOP)Under 38 U.S.C. 4103A(a), will provide intensive services and facilitate placements to meet the employment needs of veterans, prioritizing service to disabled veteran and other categories of veterans in accordance with priorities determined by the Secretary of Labor.

The statute requires the DVOP to place extreme support to assisting Veterans that self attest to being ECONOMICALLY or EDUCATIONALLY disadvantaged.

SBE---Significant Barriers to Employment 1. Special disabled or disabled Veteran2. Homeless Veteran3. Recently-separately Veteran, that’s been unemployed for 27 weeks in the last 12 months4. Veteran that’s been released from penal system in the last 12 months5. Self attest to in-low6. Between ages 18-247. Veteran lack high school diploma or GED8. Wounded, ill, injured Veteran or spouse/caregiver @100% disabled9. Veteran that does not meet the military services Cap Career Readiness10. Veteran being involuntarily due to service reduction in force(ment).

action, capture or forcibly detained.

Veteran has died of a service connected disability, per VA eval.

Or Veteran died while a (total) service connected disability, per VA eval., existed.
