PedagogyThe structure of the course would facilitate participants to learn from three equally important sources of knowledge – self learning, learning through interaction with the faculty members and among the participants.

It will include lectures and case studies, group exercises, role-plays, group discussions, inspiring videos, experiential learning and outbound programs and interactive classroom simulations.

The course will aim to explore and extend participant’s capabilities and skills for strategic and operational management in a way that is relevant to the achievement of organizational objectives.

The FDP had a participation of 71 members from 35 various esteemed colleges.
