If he/she agrees this is an appropriate change for ALL clients, then submit a change request to make the field display only. Changes such as these are done at the COUNTRY LEVEL ONLY.

* It is possible to display payslips as of a specific date. Payslips can be displayed as early as the day payroll is completed or as late as the client wishes. The default is to display payslips as of pay date.

* Payslips are displayed in the language required by the country from which the payslip is issued. For example, for employees paid in France, the payslip is always shown in French. Some countries have multiple languages that are supported, such as Switzerland. In all cases, the payslip language is driven off of the language preference field stored in SAP.

Compensation Statement

* Data must be stored on SAP to be displayed in the Total Compensation Statement, and ECM is required

* Generally speaking, this data is stored and calculated on SAP. We do not import data from other sources to store it on SAP for the purpose of displaying it on the TCS. (For example, we don't import benefits information from another system to display on the TCS.)

Country-Specific Payroll Information

* There are different approaches clients can take with this. It's highly recommended to keep this page as simple as possible from an initial implementation effort perspective as well as ongoing maintenance (this benefits both client and GlobalView).

* The recommended approach is to have a single page with no more than 12 sections/areas which each have one link to a page on the client's intranet or another web page maintained by the client. It is possible to vary the links shown by country.

* All translations must be provided by the client. The default language of the page is always English if no other language(s) are provided.

* Client teams must use the XSS Links/XSS FAQ template to create this page.

Instructions: For leave requests you can define here the number of approvals the request would have to go through depending on specific conditions for employee or leave duration. The workflow for Approval/Cancellation and Rejection is a standard workflow as specified here, the person who will approve the request is based on the manager relationship defined in the org structure, and if they are assigned a 9TW relationship. The client can only specify the # of approval steps.

If there are several rule for each subtype, just insert more lines.

Leave Request Workflows:Approval Flow: Employee (E) -> Manager (1M) -> 2nd Manager (2M) ** Dependent on the org structure relationship defined, this will go up the reporting line depending on the # of approval steps specified

Cancellation Flow: Case 1: Request has been approved 100% - the cancellation request will need be approved by all approvers Case 2: Request has not been approved 100% - the managers in the approval flow will get an email notification and the request is deleted. No approval required

Rejection Flow: If the rejected request is resubmitted, the request will go to the manager who rejected the request.
