Dear Customer,

Terry’s Tortes & Treats is a family owned business that started in a small shopfront in the inner suburbs of Melbourne. Over the past few years we have grown to become the market leader and innovator in portion-controlled cakes in Victoria.

Our objectives are quite simple:

Have a range of superior quality products that are easy to serve, look fantastic and taste amazing. Provide you with all of your needs for cakes, pastries, muffins, biscuits, slices, banana breads and doughnuts. Use the finest ingredients available so we can proudly create handmade, premium treats. Provide you with unprecedented levels of customer service. Attract and retain the best chefs in the industry. Maintain and exceed HACCP accreditation.

We developed two sizes of individual cakes with over 40 flavours recognising the changing needs of the market. The larger portions (~3 ½”) replace slices of a full size cake. As the perfect size for a dessert, you can have a greater variety of cakes on display and in your menus while increasing sales and reducing waste.

For the café environment, our smaller portions (~2 ½”) are the ideal size to have with a coffee. Your customers will want one each for themselves rather than sharing.

Our full size cakes are available in three sizes - Large (~11½”), Medium (~9”) and Small (~7”), The Large and Medium are designed for display fridges and provide 14 and 10 generous portions respectively. The Small cakes are available in a limited range to suit the take-home market.

For buffets and catering, we offer more than 25 of our cake flavours in slab form. These cost effective options are made to the same high standards and can be portioned in a number of set sizes.

The quality of the products in this brochure is due to the imagination and ability of our chefs. They are proud to say “I created this cake”.

GLUTEN FREE

Our range of flourless cakes do not contain any products with gluten. However, they are manufactured in the same premises where gluten products are made.

Like all of our cakes, our chocolate fudge sponges get their sensational taste from only the freshest of ingredients. We do not use premixes in any of our cakes, tarts, individual treats or biscuits.

Sales are strictly C.O.D. on delivery or account by arrangement with management.

Orders for next day delivery must be in by 2pm or 12pm for Monday and Saturday deliveries. Please check with our office for delivery days to your area.

Ingredient listings and allergen declarations are available upon request. Please note that from time to time our recipes may change and so allergens may be different to those stated in this brochure.

Cakes have a varying shelf life dependent on the type of cake and on the condition that they are kept in appropriate cooling.

No claims will be accepted after 3 days of delivery. For a credit to be given, if applicable, goods must be returned to our factory for such claims to be processed.
