1 TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE “PETRONAS STAR WARS THE RISE OF SKYWALKER CAMPAIGN” AT PETRONAS STATIONS 1.0 Campaign Description PETRONAS Dagangan Berhad (“PDB”) is the organiser of the “PETRONAS STAR WARS The Rise Of Skywalker Campaign" (“Campaign”). This is a nationwide campaign. 2.0 Eligibility 2.1 This Campaign is open to the PETRONAS Mesra cardmembers and Setel users (“Customer” or “Customers”) at 675 PETRONAS stations (Please refer Appendix 6.0), subject to the following Terms and Conditions. 3.0 Campaign Period 3.1 This Campaign runs from the 11 th of December 2019 to 31 st of January 2020 only (“Campaign Period”). 3.2 Eligible Customers will be notified of the Campaign via television advertisement, digital efforts such as social media, on-site point of sale materials (POSM) and e-banner inside Setel mobile application during the Campaign Period. 4.0 Campaign Mechanics 4.1 The Campaign will offer six (6) different designs of STAR WARS The Rise Of Skywalker metal insulated tumbler(s): (a) Light Side : Jedi (b) Light Side : The Resistance (c) Light Side : Droids and Chewbacca (d) Dark Side : Sith (e) Dark Side : First Order (f) Dark Side : Kylo Ren 4.2 To be entitled for the tumbler(s), Customers must: (a) Spend a minimum of RM10.00 on any products at Mesra stores (excluding cigarettes, Touch ‘n Go and mobile reloads, and lubricant products), swipe PETRONAS Mesra card and be eligible to purchase up to three (3) units of tumbler(s) at RM49.90 each, subject to availability; and (b) MAXIMUM three (3) tumbler(s) per receipt; and (c) Transaction needs to be made on the spot at the same PETRONAS station. 4.3 Customers are allowed to redeem the tumbler(s) with PETRONAS Mesra points at 5,500 PETRONAS Mesra points (equivalent to RM55.00) for each tumbler at PETRONAS stations or via PETRONAS Mesra Redemption Portal, Mesra Rewards. 4.4 Setel users are also allowed to redeem the tumbler(s) through the Setel mobile application with PETRONAS Mesra points of 5,500 (equivalent to RM55.00) for each tumbler by clicking on the e-banner and submitting the digital form. 4.5 The tumbler(s) may be inspected for any defect(s) and an immediate request may be made for replacement at the point of sale at the same PETRONAS station only. 4.6 The following terms and conditions shall apply to the tumbler(s):

SKYWALKER CAMPAIGN” AT PETRONAS STATIONS
1.0 Campaign Description
PETRONAS Dagangan Berhad (“PDB”) is the organiser of the “PETRONAS STAR WARS The Rise Of Skywalker Campaign" (“Campaign”). This is a nationwide campaign.
2.0 Eligibility 2.1 This Campaign is open to the PETRONAS Mesra cardmembers and Setel users
(“Customer” or “Customers”) at 675 PETRONAS stations (Please refer Appendix 6.0), subject to the following Terms and Conditions.

4.2 To be entitled for the tumbler(s), Customers must:
(a) Spend a minimum of RM10.00 on any products at Mesra stores (excluding cigarettes, Touch ‘n Go and mobile reloads, and lubricant products), swipe PETRONAS Mesra card and be eligible to purchase up to three (3) units of tumbler(s) at RM49.90 each, subject to availability; and

4.4 Setel users are also allowed to redeem the tumbler(s) through the Setel mobile application with PETRONAS Mesra points of 5,500 (equivalent to RM55.00) for each tumbler by clicking on the e-banner and submitting the digital form.
4.5 The tumbler(s) may be inspected for any defect(s) and an immediate request may be made for replacement at the point of sale at the same PETRONAS station only.
4.6 The following terms and conditions shall apply to the tumbler(s):

(a) The tumbler(s) are provided on an “As Is” basis while stocks last. (b) The tumbler(s) does not include any accessories or items that are shown in the
promotional materials, as they are for illustrative purposes only. (c) The tumbler(s) is not exchangeable for cash, credit or kind. (d) PDB will not be held liable for any mishaps, injuries or accidents that may occur in the
purchase, redemption or use of the tumbler(s). (e) To the fullest extent permitted by law, there are no, and PDB expressly excludes and
disclaims any representations, warranties, or endorsements, express or implied, written or oral, including but not limited to, any warranty of quality, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose in respect of the tumbler(s).
4.7 PDB’s decision on all matters relating to this Campaign shall be final and binding.
5.0 Miscellaneous
5.1 PDB reserves the right at anytime, at its absolute discretion and without prior notice, to
substitute any of the Offer with other items of similar or higher value.
5.2 PDB, its employees, its holding, subsidiary or affiliate companies, employees of the PETRONAS group of companies, and PETRONAS station dealers and participating partners shall not be liable to the Eligible Customer(s) or any other party for any loss or damage of whatsoever nature suffered by Customer(s) as a result of participation or non-participation in the Campaign or as a result of any act or omission on the part of PDB in connection with this Campaign.
5.3 By participating in the campaign the Eligible Customer(s) shall be deemed to have
unconditionally accepted all the Terms and Conditions of this Campaign and the Eligible Customer(s) further: (i) agree to co-operate and comply with all of PDB’s reasonable requests in connection with the Campaign; (ii) agree to the disclosure of, storage of, processing of and use of his personal details by PDB and its relevant service providers for the purpose of the organizing, promoting and conducting the Campaign; (iii) agree to the use of their names and photographs to be used for the purpose of organising, promoting and conducting the Campaign; and (iv) consent to receiving promotional, marketing and other publicity information from PDB from time to time.
5.4 The Terms and Conditions herein contained shall prevail over any provisions or
representations contained in any brochure or other promotional materials advertised in respect of and/or pursuant to this Campaign.
5.5 PDB reserves the absolute right at any time without assigning any reasons to alter,
modify, change or vary this Campaign’s Terms and Conditions contained herein, wholly or in part at its absolute discretion. The Eligible Customer(s) may view the updated Campaign’s Terms and Conditions at www.mymesra.com website
5.6 PDB reserves the right to cancel, shorten, extend, suspend or terminate the Campaign at
any time prior to the expiry of the Campaign Period without prior notice. For avoidance of doubt, any cancellation, extension, suspension or termination of the Campaign Period at any time prior to the expiry of the Campaign Period shall not entitle the Eligible Customer(s) to claim any compensation from PDB for any and all losses or damages suffered or incurred by the Eligible Customer(s) as a result of the said cancellation, extension, suspension or termination.
5.7 Payments made with SmartPay are not eligible for this Campaign.
5.8 Customers are not entitled for any PETRONAS Mesra points for the redemption of the
tumbler(s). 5.9 PDB, its employees, its holding, subsidiary or affiliates companies, employees of the
PETRONAS group of companies, and PETRONAS station dealers and participating
partners shall not be liable for any default due to any act of natural calamities, war, riot, strike, lock out, industrial action, fire, flood, drought, storm or any event beyond their reasonable control.
5.10 Any failure by PDB in enforcing any of this Campaign’s Terms and Conditions in any
instance(s) does not constitute a waiver of such Terms and/or Conditions. 5.11 In the event of conflict between the Bahasa Malaysia and English versions of the Terms
