Welcome to Perth College Outside School Hours CareThe Perth College OSHC Program will operate from Monday 8 July until Friday 26 July 2019. After School Care will re-open on Monday 29 July 2019.

Boys and girls from other schools are invited to attend the Perth College holiday program. Vacation Care is available for girls and boys from Kindergarten to Year 6.

FeesPayment for the Vacation Care program, including any additional costs for excursions and incursions, will be debited from your nominated bank account or credit card fortnightly by iPay in HubHello.

The cost each day will be $75 per child. Excursions and incursions incur an additional cost to the daily fee and are clearly marked in the program.

• Log on to https://perthcollegeoshc.hubworks.com.au/registrations/register and complete the online enrolment form

• Confirm that your enrolment is processed and accepted

• Enable booking confirmation emails• Check your credit card or direct debit

information is up-to-date on your online enrolment details

• Sign and return the Parent Agreement Form, Photo Consent Form, and Complying Written Arrangement if claiming Child Care Subsidy

• Provide medical plans if required, as well as immunisation records

• Bookings can then be made in BookMe on your HubHello account

Cancellation PolicyWe require 24 hours’ notice of a cancellation of a place at Out of School Hours Care or payment will be charged in full, unless a medical certificate is provided.

What Should My Child Bring?

Children are required to bring their morning tea, lunch and a refillable drink bottle. Please ensure you do not send your child with any food containing nuts; this includes Nutella. Afternoon tea is provided.

Children must bring a hat and comfortable, weather-appropriate clothes and enclosed shoes as we often have outdoor play. Please no flip flops or open sandals.

Strictly no money or children’s toys (including Gameboy, DS, iPad, iPod and Tamagotchis) are to be brought to the program.

Perth College July Vacation Care ScheduleWeek One

Monday 8 July Zone Bowling Excursion – Additional Cost $15Let’s bowl! Join us for a day of bowling at Zone Morley. Please note, the bus will be leaving at 9.30 am for the excursion - and don’t forget to bring your socks.

Tuesday 9 July NAIDOC Week Celebrations Join us to learn and celebrate the history, culture and achievements of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.

Wednesday 10 July Awesome Science DayLab coats on – let’s conduct some experiments, create different kinds of slime, and examine everyday objects under the microscope!

Thursday 11 July Spare Parts Fox & Fremantle Art Centre Excursion – Additional Cost $17We will be going to the Spare Parts Puppet Theatre to watch Fox. Please note, the bus will be leaving at 9.00 am for our excursion.

Friday 12 July Sport Games DaySneakers on, and don your favourite sports team’s shirt – we will be playing all sorts of sport games and have our own mini Olympics!

Week Two

Monday 15 July Crazy Circus Day – Suitcase Circus Incursion – Additional Cost $15 Let’s have a go and learn some circus skills! Suitcase Circus will be visiting us at 10.00 am.

Tuesday 16 July Christmas in July DayDress up in your Christmas sweaters and outfits and have a Christmas in July! Make some gingerbread, play some Christmas games, and make and play with some ‘snow’.

Wednesday 17 July St John First Aid Focus Incursion – Additional Cost $0St John will be visiting us today, and we will learn about our and others’ wellbeing. We will also do a hands-on practice of first aid.

Thursday 18 July Master Chef DayLearn how to make chocolate croissants, sushi, fresh paper spring rolls, and all sorts of food! Bring an apron, and a food safe container for your goodies.

Friday 19 July Book DayDive into the wonderful world of books! Bring in your favourite fiction or non-fiction book, dress up as your favourite book character, and create your own stories.

Week Three

Monday 22 July Scitech Excursion – Additional Cost $15We are off to Scitech! Explore the reef at the Planetarium and learn about rescue operations from the Rescue feature exhibition. Please note, the bus will be leaving at 9.00 am

Tuesday 23 July Robotics and Coding DayLearn and test out some codes with our Beebots and Dashbots, and explore different ways to code without a computer!

Wednesday 24 July Wildlife, Nature Play Day and Bunnings Incursion – Additional Cost $0 Enjoy and learn all about nature! Bunnings will visit us to plant our own take-home herb seedlings

Thursday 25 July Super Invention DayInventors and engineers! Come in and create, build and make. Challenge yourself and make a paper airplane and see how far it can fly!

Friday 26 July Pyjama Disco DayStay in your pyjamas, put your dancing shoes on, and come in for some dance-offs, fun and games, and finish the holidays with a party!
