be audited.
Communication and Support of Audit Project: Communication by Convergence to employees and vendors that audit is underway under confidentiality
(NDA).
Data Collection by Convergence.
Analysis: invoices, CSRs and other records analyzed for audit “finds” utilizing various audit methodologies.
Recommendations: Submit recommendations for expense reduction through intermediate reports throughout the project.
Approval: Customer approves recommendations before the realization stage.
Securing the Expense Reduction: Work with the operator and Customer to secure the expense reduction .
