The GSM Academy 2012 concept is divided in 2 steps:�Step 1 grants access to preparing Web-based trainings which ensure an equal level of

entrance knowledge prior to the training at TOP.�Step 2 offers 4 weeks (20 days) of training to provide theoretical background on GSM /

GPRS / UMTS / LTE and their evolution and of instructor-led hands-on labs on GSM training equipment.

�At the end of the training knowledge and hands-on skills will be evaluated by the TOP-internal test.

�Upon successful test completion, this body issues the certificate that is officially recognized and approves the level of knowledge according to the German International Standard gained during the learning.

What is it?GSM Academy is a knowledge boot camp that provides all relevant information and multi-vendor practical experience a future BSS Operation & Maintenance Specialist will need for his job at a local GSM Network Operator. GSM Academy is composed of an intensive 4 weeks training part with GSM equipment. This education program is partly sponsored by international organizations.
