The Defence Headquarters Training Institute (DHTT) will be orgaruzing the Second Three weeks Executive Development Programme (EDP) from 23 Jul-lO Aug 2018, for Directors 1 Joint Directors of AFHQCS. List of Directorsl Joint Directors who have been nominated for the 2 nd Executive Development Programme is attached at Appendix' A'. The course objectiv s are as follow: (a) To provide exposure in policy formulation and effective Defence Management: (b) To broa/den the horizon for developing effective HRD through best practices in I governance; (c) To provide an exposure in new E-procurement initiatives & latest issues in good covernance: and b ... ~ (f) To provide technological and managerial exposure through field visits to Defence establishment. 3. The aforesaid trainmg includes a study tour which is mandatory for all participants. In accordance with Para 8 of GOI letter no. A/2599115/CAO/TRG dated 16 1h May 2006, the participants are advised to draw an advance of Rs. 60,0001- (Rupees Sixty Thousand Only) from their respective offices under the Head "TA/DA Expenses" to meet the expenses on domestic study tour. 4. The confirmation regarding the participation of the individuals on the course should reach DHTI by 15 th Jun 2018 positively. Movement Order may be collected by the participants after 02 July 2018 from DHTI to claim TA/DA advance.
