1. Shared Document Repository

We store the images sent to us by your team & from your supplier.

Both parties will have one version of the documents eliminating disputes.

Ideal for purchase orders, GRN’s, sales invoices, POD’s & shipping documents.

2. Document Conversion We receive, scan & index the paper document sent by customer such as purchase

orders, quotations or expense reports . We store the image in docHarbor & upload the captured data to an FTP site.

3. Statements & Pay Slips

We upload the print file sent by you onto docHarbor & provide a hyperlink to user.

User/vendor logs in to view the documents or retrieve it for use.
