"It would be easier to put a Google Presentation or Spreadsheet on a site because you could see it automatically instead of clicking on an attachment. If I did make a change, I wouldn't need to worry about uploading the presentation for Google would do it for me." "If we were doing a group presentation for reading and language arts, (which we actually have done) we could work on it at the same time and do our part without needing to copy-and-paste the night before working on it each day in class." "One advantage is that the people you share the document with can correct any mistakes. If you needed help, you could type it in and someone who's working on it from another computer can do it so it won’t be hard to finish." http://farm1.static.flickr.com/40/112404324_3ab729d4a9_m.jpg

Election Polls and Predictions
Work in Spreadsheets collaboratively, export to Excel for advanced graph calculations.
How are Forms Used- answers in spreadsheet form and graph.

• Can post to your school site with a link – (Log in to G. Apps required before/after that.)
• Open ended tests and/or surveys
• Quick responses troubleshooting concepts

Spreadsheets- Census Example
Similar to Excel
Some functions easier and others are more difficult.
Fewer bells/whistles.
Graphs can be made go to Insert chart. They will change automatically when data is entered.
Need to leave enough rows below if you make the graph bigger. Graph does not export well to Excel
