Internet Protocol television (IPTV) is a system through which television services
are delivered using the Internet protocol suite over a packet-switched network
such as the Internet or Intranet, instead of being delivered through traditional
terrestrial, satellite signal, and cable television formats.

Time-shifted television: catch-up TV (replays a TV show that was broadcast
hours or days ago), start-over TV (replays the current TV show from its

Digital signage refers to electronically

fly. You can change the content quickly and
inexpensively, and deliver targeted messages
to many displays at once. These dynamic
displays are often used to present a custom-
tailored mix of informational and advertising
content, including product promotions, timely
news, and upcoming events.
Digital signs are frequently mounted on a
wall, ceiling, shelf, or endcap within a
crowded public venue. In order to make the
displays stand out, these networks were early
adopters of large-screen LCDs, plasma

SLA OPTIONS
3. Gold:- Guaranteed 2 hour response time from the time of customer call. Support will be available from 08.00 to 20.00, Doha
local time, Saturday to Thursday (Excluding public holidays). Calls received towards the end of coverage period will be dealt
with in 2 working hours. In addition, a technician will be available on call 24 hours a day 7 days a week for immediate
assistance with emergency issues.
1. Bronze:- Guaranteed 8 hour response time from the time of customer call. Support will be available from 10.00 to 16.00,
Doha local time, Saturday to Wednesday (Excluding public holidays). Calls received towards the end of coverage period will
be dealt with next working day.
2. Silver:- Guaranteed 4 hour response time from the time of customer call. Support will be available from 08.00 to 17.00,
Doha local time, Saturday to Wednesday and from 08.00 to 12.00 on Thursdays (Excluding public holidays). Calls received
towards the end of coverage period will be dealt with next working day.
