Monitor your workout.The CPR system enables you to always train safely and efficiently thanks to heartbeat monitoring.

How it worksOnce you have set the correct pulse rate for the workout, the system will automatically adjust the speed (or the incline of the treadmill) to keep your pulse rate in line with the pre-set level and help you achieve your exercise goals safely. This is possible when telemetry data transfer between a transmitter and a receiver provides pulse rate information.

Thanks to the CPR (Constant Pulse Rate) system, Forma equipment stays tuned to your heartbeat to keep training programs safely and efficiently adapted to your needs.
